She was very responsive, easy to communicate with, and provided excellent customer service. All of the beach equipment was clean, well-maintained, and in great condition. It was so convenient because there's no way I could have packed these bulky items on my flight to Hawaii. Being able to rent everything we needed made our beach days so much more enjoyable. One thing that made me so nervous about the refill stations was that I didn't know how to bring a jug and refill- sounds silly, right? Well, you can bring a jar/jug/canister, whatever you want (or if you forget yours, you can always purchase one, or get a free one in their "free canisters" box). You next pick up a little token and place your container on the scale. Once the scale picks up the weight, tap the token on the area where it says "tap here," and that's it!
