Super fun. All ages from 3 to 103…read more Great to do on those super hot days or cold days. Took our teens to get away from electronics and be in the moment and creative. Were they thrilled? Nope. Did they have a lot of fun. YUP. Depending on where you are coming from its up the hill right as you enter hill country off of 290 from south austin. If you are coming from the west off 290 its headed towards south austin about 20min from Dripping Springs a few min past Belterra strip mall food area. Plenty of parking. Lots of seating on a Sunday around 12noon ish Thanksgiving weekend. No time limit on doing your chosen art. I tried glass making for the 1st and it was fun and challenging l. Instructions by the staff very useful! Friendly. Helpful. Welcoming. We each chose something different. Plenty of items small, med or large to chose from. Pottery comes with whatever pain you want, glass area there are easy and complex projects. You pay, they fire/bake the pieces and you show up about a week later to grab your pieces. We each got something around 40.00 or under. Time flew by. We were there for maybe 2.5hrs. My teens were not on their phones once. Engaged, creative, good family time. Come visit, bring a friend, spouse/partner, day date, just yourself. Thank you for having this space for folks to be in the moment and creative with things that open their mind, heart and soul

There are plenty of places to go and paint ceramics but this place also offered mosaics, glass blowing and other great art options which I loved. I was able to reserve the private room for my team and brought in snacks (tea party set up) for the group. The staff was so very accommodating and helpful with everything. We all enjoyed ourselves. If you like arts and crafts, this place is def worth a visit!

Our teacher, Sara, was…read moreawesome and offered all sorts of creative ways to draw our model... and of course our male model, Brandon, was super hot and had a great personality to boot. Totally classy yet very cheeky, my sister said it was her fav part of the whole day we'd planned for her. Artful was very accommodating, communicated clearly about pricing and how things would work the whole way. Our teacher/model duo brought music and all supplies and took requests for music we wanted to hear. There was no touching and no crazy dancing... just cheeky art, fun banter, a very handsome nude dude, and lots of laughter and good times. The PERFECT event for any bachelorette or special birthday! Can't recommend this experience enough to others looking for a unique, adult way to celebrate with girlfriends!

Val was so funny and talented, and Dwayne was so sexy, and so kind. They were an awesome duo, and our bride tribe LOVED it. As for the arts - we actually learned so much, while having fun. Val even got us drawing blind and switching canvases. Definitely give this event a try if your curious and want to have a good time. They'll have you coming back for more!! ;)

Freda's Kitchen - Iron Chef Review…read more We engaged Ashley and her team to create an Iron Chef style event for our family of fifteen ages 5-84 over the holidays. They did an absolutely incredible job! Ashley made sure every detail was taken care of and coordinated the entire event flawlessly. Ashley's team members (Kyle, Kristin, Holly and Chef Uyen Pham) were all exceptionally professional and they ensured it was a wonderful experience for everyone involved. Although the final results are still under protest (just kidding). We highly recommend Freda's Kitchen for anyone looking for something different whether it be a team building or in our case a family event. We also held it at Wilson's Appliance in Dripping Springs who were gracious in allowing to use their top of line equipment in their model kitchens.

My friends and I did a cooking class here and had a great time. Our chef and her assistant were…read morereally friendly and down-to-earth, and they gave an introduction letting us know about their business and why they started it, which gave some meaning to what we were doing. The space where we ate was gorgeous and felt like we were dining in someone's beautiful home. Half our group was running late (30 minutes!) due to the marathon closing off some roads, and they still gave us our full experience. FYI, it is BYO here! If we had known earlier, we would have brought our own additional drinks, but they did serve us wine. The kitchen was a little cramped for 14 of us, and compared to other cooking classes I've done, it was a little ad-hoc getting everyone organized. They didn't have a pre-set number of people for each station, and with only 2 staff, they were stretched a little thin helping everyone. It all worked out, but it was a little slow figuring out who would do what, with rough last minute estimates on how many people were needed at each spot. Still, our food was great, we all learned some new kitchen skills (though the chef did help us quite a bit to get us there!), and we had a fun time! There were tons of leftovers too.
