I learned how to do everything to my bikes; then cars and anything else I could fix or build. At 55; still love to do things myself, but I can't do everything and I hate taking my cars to dealerships. Next best thing is to find a good independent mechanic. Luckily I happened to find CLTMobile online! I actually invested in a mobile brake repair business about 3 years ago but have often thought how great a full service mobile mechanic would be! I messed up an electrical connection on one of my cars by accident doing some service on it. I could not fix it. My wife needed that car for work within a few days and my time was limited during that time to get it somewhere to get fixed. I called CLTmobile and got an appt booked right away. Mechanic came on time; he was super nice and very knowledgeable. He did a terrific job at a very affordable price! I will definitely be using them for all my automotive needs going forward that I can't fix myself. I love seeing the younger generation building a great and much needed business like this in Charlotte.

I saw Express Oil Change in the same area as my dealership where I usually get my oil changed and I usually wait for ever ! I just didn't have the time to wait long Friday and decided to give Express a chance since they are new in the area. As soon as I drove up Austin walked towards my car and asked what I was looking to get done. I told him just a basic oil change and he was very upfront about pricing and that they are giving $5 off oil changes for new customers. There was no wait and I could just pull my car in the bay and wait in my car and it would take no more than 10-15 minutes. I was all for that ! I drove my car in the bay, checked some emails, organized the inside of my car and before I knew Austin was done ! He had washed my front windshield, made sure my front lights, break lights and turn signals were working, showed me where my oil level was after he changed the oil and took my payment all while I was sitting in the car. Within 15 minutes I was leaving and back to running more errands. I loved the customer service Austin provided and how fast and easy the whole process was.
