Stopped by Haven for the first time today! I had a wonderful first experience, the staff took their time going over the products they carry and which would meet my needs best. They explained things in great detail while being very friendly. The shop itself is incredibly clean and well lit, so the appearance is lovely as well. They also broke down the taxes in a very professional manner, which I'm assuming they did due to the tax change a few weeks ago. I appreciate the staff there and the product selection! Came in the dispensary ready to purchase a product. The check in process was smooth and speedy. The store looks nice and tidy. I was upset as a first time customer for not being transparent about the charge through my debit card. I was charge extra $3 for processing fee that I was not aware of. Another employee tried to refund me but it will not refund the process fee that was already processed. I left the store upset without advocating for me to get help with management. This will be my last visit at this store. read more

Went in today to use a coupon code sent to me. Prior to go in I called to see if the coupon code is applicable and the receptionist tells me to come in. I come in for my order pick up which was only one item. And I am approached by an incompetent associates named Zachary who looks at the HAVEN generated promo code with no exclusions just to tell me I can only use it at the location. That's crazy. After I wasted gas to drive over here. But it's okay. Because I am leaving this review and reposting the incident to their corporate team. In addition I spoke to a guy named "Dyce" who stated he was the manager and when I called he didn't even ask me what was the issue he tried to immediately refer me to his district manager. Terrible managerial skills and customer service skills. I am highly disturbed when companies hired incompetent employees to work at establishments and really turn a good thing into a bad thing. Please learn to train your staff. In addition train them how to properly deal with conflict. Thank goodness there's other store options. read more

They have 1/8ths listed at $89.99 BEFORE TAX. This is the worst dispensary ever! Ripping off all customers. I've never seen a dispensary with prices so high that did not already include the tax. I can travel to a nearby dispensary and get the same exact strain for literally $50 cheaper! read more
