I really wanted this place to be good. The huge screen is awesome. That is the only good thing about this place.
When I walked in energy was low, no one greeted us.
We were lucky to get a table because it was packed for the World Cup.
The food was awful. We ordered mozzerella sticks, came out 20 min later (after two people came up asking if we got anything) and they were room temperature. When you order mozzarella sticks you want them to be hot and gooey and these were the opposite. They must have been sitting in the kitchen for a while. Also 9 dollars for 5 small sticks is so over priced. Nothing special about them either just regular frozen food service mozzarella sticks. Also it came with just ketchup, not marinara sauce - literally ketchup
We got a Oreo shake, that was good not overally sweet and two Oreos on top.
There were no napkins, we asked for some and they never came. No water, we asked for some, never came.
No napkins, no salt or pepper or condiments, no silverware on the table.
Bunch of workers up front by the cash register not saying anything to each other just looking at the people at their restaurant with their arms crossed.
We saw most tables complaining, saying order was coming or they were given orders that weren't theirs.
The place was packed, and nothing was run efficiently, the place was a mess.
They advertise themselves as a place for game day, so expect the crowds and be on your A game yourself.
Oh and they charge $35 min for a game day. Insane, I couldn't even imaging ordering more food there, they wouldn't even be able to handle that. read more
