I was a customer for 2 plus years. Karen is the one who did all of my pedicures and manicures. I stopped getting pedicures done because Karen used dirty tools and gave me nail fungus. Against my better judgment I continued to go here for only manicures. Karen once again gave me nail fungus on two of my nails. I still continued to go here because of my loyalty, shame on me. The last straw for me was on my Birthday. I wanted a milky color and I asked Karen if the color was going to be to see through. Karen assured me it wouldn't. She continued to do my nails and when I noticed it was see through I let her know respectfully that I didn't like the color and it wasn't what she had promised me. Karen became very rude and raised her voice telling me to pick another color. I was absolutely stunned by her behavior. I picked another color and she painted my nails so sloppy. That was the last time I stepped foot in there. I can't believe this is how someone would treat a customer who has been loyal for years. I would recommend staying away from this place unless you like being treated disrespectfully and getting fungus. Haute nails is absolutely unsanitary. read more

The service and quality has really declined. I've been coming here for years... the last 2 times I've had issues and not the best service. I decided to give them another try because I do believe in being loyal & having a go-to person. They started charging for every little single thing. To add chrome top to the nail polish.. $10. To cut nails shorter.. $10, to "deep clean..." another $10. Mind you the pedicure was $60 for 5 min massage, scrub, honestly can't tell you what else because that was the worst experience. I didn't enjoy it. Not relaxing at all. To top it all, you feel judged. They offer a discount if you post a review. Lol Time to start looking for a new place.. read more

I've been here in the past and normally it's amazing but today was horrible. I was here today 2.5hrs.. They squeezed me in and I wanted red nails almond nails with a design but the guy just nodded his head and didn't talk once. He sneezed and coughed in his hand and continues working without washing or anything. He started painting and didn't even ask about the design (maybe forgot, I should've said something but I thought eh whatever) Then he does my feet. I know the wax is hot but holy crap it was extra hot and burnt my foot! I told him hot and he just nodded and kept going. I moved my foot away and he kept going! Here what really made me mad... my son was sitting in a chair and grabbed the gray towel that was in the empty chair next to him. Before I could correct my son and tell him to put it back a worker ripped it out of his hand. And then mumbled something under her breath and walked away! I said something but she kept walking away. My son was sitting the entire time quietly and not moving or anything. Another worker actually complemented how amazing he was being. I won't be coming back and unfortunately I'm out $130 for a horrible nail job, burnt feet, and for some lady to rip a towel out of my son's hand. read more
