The staff is always friendly, attentive, and makes sure you're comfortable, creating a relaxing, spa-like experience every visit. My nails and pedicures last me an entire month, which really speaks to the quality of their work and the products they use. If you're looking for a nail salon that is reasonably priced while still offering creative, unique designs, Haute Nails is definitely the place to go.

I would give them zero stars if possible. I am completely disappointed in the service and products I received! I went here because of all the fantastic reviews, and I am concerned and dismayed that the service I received was no where near what was claimed by others' reviews. I went in and was treated as a burden. Mind you I have gone to my fair share of nail salons between Riverside and San Diego. This was by far, the worst customer service experience I have ever received. I had my hand slapped away from the woman doing my nails (Ann, I believe) and she refused to do what I asked for my nails, which would have been a cheaper and more presentable product then the over priced full set I received instead. The woman that did my pedicure was impatient, and spent approximately 7 min on my pedicure. Together, for a gel full set and regular pedicure, my cost was $86.00. And on top of it, I left with chunky, quickly and sloppy execution of my nails, and bloody cuticle (I have never left any other place with these results). I was so upset I ended up going back for them to fix it because I paid too much to leave dissatisfied. The woman that did my nails came to "fix" them. She proceeded to tell me my nails were polished sloppy because I have extremely dry cuticles. Ummm?? Nothing like adding insult to injury! I later called back to complain, because the more I looked at my nails the more angry I got. I asked for someone in charge or the manager. I was told that she would call me back, and that she only came in on the weekends. I asked when I should receive a phone call back, and the man at the salon replied "I will give her the message, I don't know when she will call you back." Unacceptable. I am just do not understand how or why I received horrible service, to the point where I feel taken advantage of. I went in for a $50.00 tops service and left paying almost twice as much, and felt like I was inconveniencing everyone there. The technician Ann that worked on me was not only rude, way too fast, and cut the side of my thumb nail because she was going so fast with her files and trying to make "more money faster." I also noticed that she used unclean implements as well which I have had happened to me before several years ago and I ended up in the hospital with a massive fungal infection. Needless to say I am concerned as well as the astronomical price I paid for an acrylic fill with gel polish and was not told that the Matte polish was going to be seven dollars extra! The technician Tammy however that worked on my daughter was wonderful, gentle, and apologized to me for the experience. It was truly embarrassing not being able to leave a tip because of the astronomical price I was charged for just my nails. My daughters nails were a fair price $28 for a full acrylic Set with regular polish. But $40 for my fill which only took her 25 Minutes and some of my blood and skin I'm absolutely just shocked over. Being a service provider myself it was humiliating not being able to leave a tip and also not wanting to for my technician. I gave this place a chance because it was New Year's Eve and my normal nail technician was fully booked but I will never go back here ever again and I will not recommend it to any of my friends or family. read more

It looks like I did my own nails. The lady who did my manicure said I needed hard gel. She didn't explain the process even when I asked. She applied it on heavy and uneven and gave me an attitude when I showed her that it didn't look good. She called the manager and they spoke a different language and didn't understand what she was saying. She was very unprofessional and treated me like I did something wrong. A different lady did my pedicure and that too looks like I did it myself but at least that lady tried fixing my manicure for me and was professional. Love Love Love this place! They use all the good stuff nothing cheap! I get a new set of gel nails every 2-3 weeks and they look amazing everytime from the time I leave the salon until the time I come in for a new application. The owners are very nice and they both do amazing nails as well. I have even brought in a picture from pintrest and Tina copied it exactly on my toes! I have been to several nail salons in the area and this one by far is the best! Please call and make an appointment they are very busy and for me I have learned that you have to make the appointment first. I have walked in without one and have been turned away :( read more

I walked in there this morning to get a manicure. I was told it would be about 10-15 minutes wait until they can fit me in. I waited patiently. About 25 minutes later the owner asked me if I wanted to go and come back in about another 15-20 minutes. He took others before me. When I asked why didn't they tell me from the beginning that it would take this long, he said he doesn't know. I was upset and I left. Thankfully, I found another nail salon across the street. They were more polite and actually did a way better job. Poor customer service, lack of organization, poor cleanliness, I will never go back here! read more

I have been going to Haute Nails in Murrieta since the day they opened just over 10 years ago. I have referred many family and friends to them and Mimi and Peter are so amazing and are great Owners. They take pride in making sure all the customers are taken care of and always have music or movies playing to keep a good vibe going in the shop. Be sure to make an appointment to ensure you get a time slot, with it being a busy shop you will not always be able to assume you can walk in and get an appointment on the spot. Had a terrible experience!!! Came in today with my mom and sister. We got turned away! They said they were booked for the day. It was only 12pm!!! The sign says walk in welcome. They close at 6pm. They were extremely rude and just starred when we walked in. I'd go to Star Line nails off Murrieta Hotsprings. Amazing experience. Service was great and they did a good job on our mani pedi along with my acrylics. Please be aware before coming to Haute nails. They are only kind when it's convenient for them. You have to catch them on a good day or you're screwed!! read more

If I could mark this place as 0 stars I would. Worst service I've had, complained about the nails the entire time & instead of fixing the problem the lady just continued to do them.. I'll never return to this place & I wouldn't recommend anyone to waste their money here. Not only did they do my nails completely wrong but my cousins as well. I'm so embarrassed by my nails, & very unhappy that I want to just take them off, but then I wasted 50$ for no reason. Go somewhere else for a better manicure and cheaper prices. I paid $30 for a gel manicure. The towel underneath me when I got my manicure was filthy with nail clippings left over from a previous client! The nail tech kept leaving my hands in the UV dryer for way too long, until my hand was burning. I was not offered a drink, and I received no massage, no lotion. She didn't even soak my cuticles before cutting them and I ended up with a cut. Way overpriced for the lack of quality, they charge day spa prices for Walmart quality. I won't go back. read more

Today was my second time at Haute nails. My first time with Mimi was terrible. When my mom and I came in today, she pretended not to know who I was- didn't even say hi to me...whatever. Anyway, I was given to a young lady named Tina.....thank heavens!!! She was so nice and personable. She chatted with me the entire time about anything and everything. As it's very difficult to find someone in the area that does hard help I found this place and decided to give it a try. My nails turned out ok could have been better! I had a lot of cuticle to be removed and hang nails and none of that was removed! There's dust everywhere, and the person that did my nails used the same brush that another lady was using on a client to use on my nails, and used the same files. I've had great experiences here with my pedicures! I like super glittery nails and it's hard to find a local salon that does the rockstar style(they sprinkle loose glitter on the gel instead of polish). They have a HUGE selection of colors to choose from too. My nails always grow so quickly, so I like them cut super short. Most nails places never listen to me when I ask for them shorter. This place always does exactly what I ask so I really appreciate that! read more

I go here to get my nails done and I get them done by Jenny. she is absolutely amazing and she's extremely clean. I have such a hard time finding places that care about cleanliness but you won't be disappointed. I have been coming here since they first opened and have had only 1 bad experience. I always bring different designs for them to do and they always do a fantastic job. They have the newest movies playing and will offer beverages while getting your pedicure. Was excited to give this place a try, unfortunately we were treated rudely. Their door says "walk ins welcome". We were asked if we had an appointment. We did not and was told they couldn't see us. Well, Kim has been doing my nails for 15 years at the other location in Lake Elsinore. When Kim and Mimi opened this store, I followed. All the people here are nice and care about how you look. They take their time doing a mani, pedi, waxing, etc. No one else has touched my nails, toes, or eye brows for the last 15 years. They rock!!!!! read more
