We came in the store and met Adam. Besides being very friendly, he was a plethora of knowledge. He listened to my questions and made some really good suggestions with explanations so that a layman like myself could understand. I felt very comfortable venturing in to my new world of skincare. I should add that I'm fully immersed in a mid-life crisis and am trying to improve my appearance. Adam really helped. My wife wanted some Tiffany perfume, Adam was able to help with that as well and shared what they had to offer. To simplify, we felt like long time customers. He understood our needs and made the best suggestions. He also took a soft approach and offered various options. 2 weeks after our first visit we returned and again Adam greeted us and gave us his first class treatment. I was happy to share that I am really happy with the products I purchased on his suggestion and both my wife and I noticed improvements in my complexion. Today Adam helped with my wife's skin concerns and we left confident that we were guided in the right direction. So you know how we feel about Adam, 5 stars. As for the store, it has something for everyone. The selection and inventory are excellent and the collective knowledge is huge. We are very impressed and quite happy we visited the store and met Adam.

I am so disappointed with the front desk staff ! This place came highly recommended and i came in…read morethe first time for an emergency, my crown came off, they weren't able to help me make a new crown because there wasn't enough time scheduled so i went elsewhere and got it fixed. I thought I would give them another shot since my friend recommended this dentist so highly. So I made an appointment for a cleaning... I came 15 min early for my appointment as I do with all medical appointments just in case they need me to fill anything out. I waited and waited and waited. People who came in after me got called in while I waited past my appointment time. Finally, after waiting 10 minutes longer, I got back up to the counter to ask what my appointment time was, they confirmed the time and stated they were setting things up... WHAT, I think the receptionist might have completely forgotten to check me in because once I said something then they took me in a couple minutes later! How upsetting that they don't value people's time. As I mentioned this dentist was so highly recommended I wanted to give this place another chance but the front desk staff didn't meet my expectations. This is the second time they have had a mishap here. First with my "scheduling" enough time for my crown and now forgetting to check me in. Wow. I am so disappointed. The doctor was great! Very nice and explained everything clearly. He cleaned my teeth and told me about some fillings coming loose and about needing to replace them. I definitely think this dentist is better than the one I had been seeing for a few years, at least he remembered me from the first visit I had lol. That's saying a lot. I feel like most dentist office is like an assembly line, they are trying to work on 5-6 patients at a time and they don't even remember your name.

I've gotten routine checkups and cleaning for myself and daughters aged 7 and 3 without any issues. I've also gotten a root canal and crown and what I love most about Dr. Jang is that he is honest and not pushy trying to sell services to you. He's honestly the best dentist I've had. The best part is that if your military they accept United Concordia AND MetLife, so you don't have to worry about that when Tricare switches back every year or so! I was actually in the middle of a root canal and crown process when they switched and I transitioned smoothly with no issues.

I did an exchange here, and didn't like the product that I got the second time, so then I came to just do a return and NEVER look back. Honestly, $10 is worth simply never having to step in there again. Save your money and time!!

While waiting for the crown to be delivered the pain has been increasing yet whenever I call and the times I have physically gone inside to ask about an ETA for the crown I paid for the only response I ever get is "we get shipments everyday we'll call you to set an appointment". Every single time I call. I mention how long it's been, I mention I've called before, I mention the pain - I get the same response or I'm put on hold for 10-15 minutes awaiting an answer that is "the doctor will call you". No one calls. Three months of this and my recent call went exactly the same as the others - the woman who answers the phone says "oh really" when I told her how long it's been and that now there is redness and the pain is becoming more frequent......I am told to wait. I was initially led to believe the crown would be completed "within two weeks," making this three-month delay especially concerning. In the meantime, I have a visible gap in my smile, persistent redness in the gums, and increasing pain when inhaling or eating hot foods. I'm unable to properly brush that area, leading to plaque buildup on surrounding teeth, and I can only chew on a small portion of my mouth because even small bits of food are beginning to cause discomfort.
