However once repairs started, they were completed promptly and the final product is similar to getting a car off the lot (freshly cleaned and washed). Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.

I found D&S after work on March 5th, this was the day of the morning snow storm. The day that AAA…read morerefused all towing requests due to the State of Emergency which Christie declared. So I had no choice but to grind & roll my ride at below 5MPH on unplowed River Road to a shop after kissing the curb a mile away, fortunately all the drivers were also going slow and being respectful around me. The damages were to the hood, front quarter panel, front suspension system and the drive axle. The front right wheel was pushed back and canted inward at the bottom, a very sad state to be sure. Vinnie, Tony, David gave me the the reassurance and help much needed on that sorry day. Later they also communicated with my insurance company, negotiated a cost and two weeks later delivered a car that had been restored both mechanically and aesthetically back to full glory. These are honorable guys who have decades of experience. I'm really happy with the results and plan to bring future maintenance work to D&S. Another plus is their location right next to Hertz, Enterprise rental, and White Manna burgers!

He heard i'd waited two hours for last 5 Star Auto that was dispatched and also their diagnosis. They blamed their failure to jump start my car on a bad alternator and left. His first concern was whether I was aware a tow to Madison NJ from Hackensack would cost me $170. I said I did - but then expressed concern I pay that ...and said first thing they'd do was sent Pete who was mechanically inclined to try jumping it. Pete cane and in a heartbeat jump my old poor man's Honda to life. And he was a live wire, crackling with a love of life intensity that had descended over time from his Sicilian bloodline. We chatted as it charged and when he left, he demurred a tip. We even laughed we were politically different but not where it matters most: hard work, honesty and helping our fellow men (and women!) He also quickly explained why the other prior drip failed to jump my car to life. That guy bragged he'd been charging dead batteries all day with his charger. Pete explained the obvious: that was why his charger didn't work! GRATZI MILKE BROOKSIDE! These guys could have just towed me 34 miles without ever questioning the priory inept assessment. They could have money on the two. But they didn't. Their first instinct was more akin to one you'd have for family or friends.
