Pavlo and his team installed exoshield on my windshield. He was super responsive made the experience easy and charged $200 less than anyone else around. If you're sick of dealing with the clowns at safelite give these guys a shot!

Recommend! Got a…read morestealth PPF for the wife's black Mach E here, and was very pleased with the final product. They seem to run a good shop, which is probably why its filled with expensive cars every time I visited. I had got a few quotes for PPF and felt that the price here was quite reasonable. Only complaint was that the car took forever to get PPF'd. I did drop it there straight from buying it at the dealership, and they did mention that they'd only be able to start the following week. But it still took about 3 weeks after that to turn around, which was longer than the 2 weeks that I was initially quoted. I'm a bit surprised by that given other reviews are mentioning their cars were done quicker. In any case, I would rather they take their time and do a good job rather than rushing. I would bring my Cayman here to get PPF'd now, but I already have a bunch of chips. If I ever get another sports car I will likely bring it here.

If the system would allow, I would give it 0 stars. Finally ended up paying to get it redone. There are cuts in my paint panels. These types of things are generally -masked- with the film installed but once removed, you see it Very disappointed in this. For those interested in film installs, just keep this in mind when you vet out your installer. They are using *x-acto* type knives to score the film on the car. It takes a skilled hand to do it.

WARNING: STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. This was hands down…read morethe WORST experience I've ever had with a business. I dropped my car off on 4/3/25. I was PROMISED it would be ready by Friday or Saturday at the latest. Fast forward to 4/26/25 -- THREE WEEKS LATER -- and I'm just now getting it back. And guess what? It wasn't even fixed properly. Moe -- who clearly has no clue how to run a business -- never called me once. I had to track him down like a bill collector just to get basic updates. When I finally got him on the phone FOUR DAYS later, he had an attitude, like I was inconveniencing him. By 4/12/25, I was so fed up I showed up unannounced. And there was my car -- untouched -- while they happily worked on other cars. Moe, being the snake oil salesman that he is, fast-talked me AGAIN with more empty promises about it being ready "next week." No call. No apology. NOTHING. They just left me stranded without a car and expected me to be okay with it. They will LIE to your face, dodge your calls, make excuses, and waste your time without a second thought. Moe is a fast-talker who will try to charm and distract you instead of taking any responsibility for the garbage service they provide. And if that wasn't enough, one of his own workers called my car a "piece of shit" -- and Moe had the nerve to send me that in a text message like it was totally fine. Absolutely DISGUSTING and UNPROFESSIONAL behavior. I spent money on a rental car for weeks because they couldn't deliver what they promised. When I finally picked up my vehicle, it wasn't even fixed right -- things were dangling loose. I had to sit there for OVER AN HOUR while they half-assed a patch-up job. Bring up the issues to Moe and he acts like you're the problem, huffing and puffing instead of fixing the mess they made. This place is a SCAM. They don't care about your car, your money, or your time. They'll sell you dreams, steal your cash, and leave you with headaches. I wouldn't let these people work on a lawnmower, let alone a car. Save yourself the stress and take your business somewhere else.

Carlos lied and said he did an alignment and all suspension was good but the control arms are still bent and car drives sideways. These guys charged my insurance $8500 for an $800 job and still didn't fix anything. Car is junk now....Oh boy there's so much more I can say but I won't. Just DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO NO LIMIT!!! They will tell you whatever you want to hear and will not deliver..... Hey Carlos, since you won't answer my texts and keep dodging me, how about a refund and I'll bring the car to someone that knows what they are doing. Car has been in the shop since April 15. Expected completion date was may 10. On May 14 Carlos says the car will be completed on may 15 and he will cover the cost of the additional rental days. On may 17 Carlos said the car was ready. Upon arriving to pick up the car, I noticed the car was not done correctly. Carlos agreed and said I couldn't leave with the car in that condition. Carlos claimed it would be ready in a week. On June 2nd I reached out for an updated date and received no response On June 6th I reached out again saying I just needed confirmation the rental was still being covered. Carlos stated it is and it will be ready in a week. On June 24 I reached out again for an update with no response. On July 3rd, today I called and Carlos said the car still isn't ready due to paint issues and will need two more days. Now it's August 13th and proceeding with legal action.

Stretch guaranteed me I would be happy with the installation of the PPF and ceramic coating. The contract was for entire front using EXPEL PPF And Expel ceramic coating. The entire PPF had to be redone after I got a call that car is ready and to pick it up. When I got to Wrap Mogul I knew immediately the PPF was Installed in correctly and looked terrible. After waiting 4 days they totally destroyed the PPF that was sitting on my brand new car, after waiting for months to get this car. The cut lines looked were not even at all. Some places were missing PPF on the bumper. But the other side of the bumper had the missing PPF. Excuses after excuses. The PPF was not tucked in. Lines were off. The hand cut was literally terribly not straight. And you can see where the installer went back to straighten the lines but made it worse. It looked like the PPF installation was a botched DYI job. Not even close to acceptable. The installer said it was the best. No no no, that is absolutely not true. They kept my car for almost two weeks to redo the PPF! The owner Stretch made me feel it was at fault. He didn't say it, but the entire experience was terrible. To pay thousands of dollars to get a terrible job and worse the experience was the worst. PPF is already peeling and getting dirty. The ceramic coating is a problem, after I pickup my car, 3 days later it rained, the wind shield never had the beading effect ceramic coating is suppose to behave if installed correctly. I can see other parts of the car had water beading. I do not want to go back to experience the same or worse. When the owner has low expectations. Honestly, maybe that is the best this shop is capable of. Expel has warranty and Wrap Mogul has to life time warranty on installation. RHow can I trust Mogul Wrap todo the corrections? It's a brand new car. Im out thousands of dollars, I to have get the front Expel PPF stripped for the third time in 2 months and have PPF reinstalled and have the PPF ceramic coated. I've owned the car for only 3 months. This shop is an Expel authorized installer. I've Never used Expel PPF nor their ceramic coating. I usually have 3m put on. First experience with Expel, now Will Expel warranty the PPF and ceramic coating that was installed by Expels authorized installer? Update: The owner Stretch, just posted excuses. Never addressing the true issues. Look at the pictures. I have more pictures and videos, I will post later. See he blames me for his incompetence. He has an amazing way of talking around the problem and never admits his errors. The video I tried to show Stretch was an Awesome job. And Stretch couldn't do the job. I'm not writing this review to hurt anyone. Especially local businesses. But when you run into people who have NO pride in their work, things usually do not work out. This is my experience with Stretch and Wrap Mogul. Stretch does not address the pictures I posted. Because he knows he messed up and will never take responsibility. Now everyone will know. Stretch has a very unique business model. I'm right and my customers are idiots. I know more then you and your an idiot for saying anything. This his way of doing business. By the way, I never post reviews, but I felt I needed to warn all the people who work hard for their new cars. Kindly see Yelp review as well. I hope this review and the many others will help you make an educated decision. Best wishes. Update: text from Stretch the owner. "there is something wrong with you. It does not so take the review down or leave more it doesn't matter we have 1000s of satisfied customers and only one asshole - you"
