Yes, they moved fast but that's part of the problem. I found 2 boxes labeled fragile placed on their sides. Nothing inside those were broken but it was a mess inside. Though another container labeled fragile had a broken glass in it which was sentimental to me. 3 of my dining room chairs are scuffed up, I don't believe they bothered wrapping those up. I'm missing at least one item that I've noticed. They left all the thick wrap on the furniture they wrapped up for me and in the past they've taken that off before they left. They also did not put my guest bed frame back together when they are the ones that took it apart. My 2 patio chair arms are scuffed up. They knew one of them was leaking and didn't bother wrapping them up so all of this brown liquid leaked all over other stuff that I had to wipe down multiple things. I was charged an extra couple hundred dollars for no explanation and I was too frustrated at that point and didn't feel like dealing with it at the time. I had a nice system to help them know where to place things when they got to my new house, yet most of the stuff was just placed into my garage and I had to drag it into my house with my back that I had a recent injection in and shouldn't have been lifting that heavy of stuff around. So yeah, highly disappointed and won't ever use this company again. I even turned another good quote down from another company since I had a good experience with this one in the past and I regret that now!

If we refused she said she would file a police report. We talked to our lawyer and they said while she doesn't really have a leg to stand on, she could drag this out and make a big stink about it if she wanted to. She seemed to be the type of person that manipulates people so she can get her way. We are a hour away so it really hurt us to drag the truck and trailer there and back twice. I tried to show her that our time and travels adds up to way more than she thinks we "stole" but she freaked out and threatened us again. We eventually just dropped the crap back off and called it a loss. I'm sure she is smug thinking she really showed us but we just didn't want to waste any more time or money on her drama. I'll never do business with her and I will forever tell people to stay far away from her!

This is when Megan's professionalism was at its best! She made sure I was taken care of, and I could tell she was concerned that she'd let me down (she hadn't!). When she arrived with a colleague, they quickly took my junk, then looked at my table. I was relieved when she told me that she had a friend who redid old furniture and she would pass it to her. I really wanted my 1940s table to live on, and Megan made sure of that. I absolutely plan to hire Megan again . . . as soon as I get around to cleaning my garage!

I noticed that the truck they drove up in was clean and well-maintained with good tires (something I notice on professional vehicles, as well-maintained trucks are safe trucks, and indicates that they value their employees, and care about how customers perceive them). The gentlemen were friendly, courteous, and had a wonderfully sunny disposition. They wore disposable masks for safety and respected my house.
