The instructor Stuart is a great guy and he taught us SUP the right way. They have many other fun activities like arrow tag, kayaking, axe throwing and a survival skills class to name a few. I would like to suggest this place if you want to learn a new skill and enjoy at the same time. I would be definitely be going back for a second class or maybe another exiting activity. This place is pretty new, less crowded and I hope they keep up the good work. Cheers!

I'd recommend them offering more non-alcoholic options for drinks, as they only had one N.A. beer available (athletic which is gross) and liquid death water still or sparkling. But they have great price points for their drinks, a Maine Lunch IPA was only 8$! And maybe snacks available for purchase would be a nice addition too, like chips, beef jerky etc

They didn't come for us for 15 minutes past our 3:30 reservation because there wasn't 2 bays next to each other for our group of 7 (we were literally sitting in front of 2 empty bays next to each other from 3:20-3:45) The food I could literally make at home in my air fryer & it would've been better. Perdue chicken nuggets in the air fryer with a side of whatever sauce you ask for & charge $12 for it. It was also really fun when they dropped off the apps with no plates or silverware, we had to ask & it was literally take out silverware. The actual throwing of the axes is fun if you want a glitchy game that's going to skip players on your team, not record points etc. Ambiance? Not it, you pay $10 a drink to sit in bright lights. Where we are sitting there's like a workshop area that looks unsafe for patrons & behind us is dents & scuffs in the wall. Also my male friends used the bathroom & lifted the seats & they were covered in feces Also OSHA would have a field day here. Where we were sitting I could reach a power drill & a torch. That's wildly unsafe & not right. If you want to throw axes go to stumpies in Fall River. 10/10 will not be back.

But he was so patient with me as I learned- gave tons of tips each time as to what I needed to correct, either in the step, keeping the axe straight, holding my elbows higher, etc. By the end I was hitting bulls eyes and getting other points. My favorite was playing to 21 points with my partner. My bf Frank P. Was way better, having come before with his friends, but sometimes I came close to beating him at 21. If it were head to head there was no way I'd win- once he kept getting back to back bulls eyes and got invited to join a league. Honesty, those seem like a great deal as well- I think it's a bit over $100 for 5 weeks of competitive play! Must be a nice way to make friends. There's drinks (we had some mighty squirrel sours that were tasty), and board games in back too if you want to keep the competitive juices flowing.

Once we got the hang of throwing we started to play the game where you count points and try to get to 21 (worker suggested we play it). He also left us pen and paper to aid with scorekeeping. We had outside food delivered and set up for us, which was nice to be able to do. We ate and chatted for a while and then our two Revolution helpers called us up to give us a safety briefing. After the safety chat, we all got to go up in pairs and test out throwing 2-handed. After everyone had gone, we got to try 1-handed throwing. The staff (I wish I remembered their names) were super helpful and friendly. I heard from two of my coworkers who had been there previously that their previous helpers were less fun.
