a target in a wooden box
    Sharon S.

Lots of fun and laughs abound here! Everyone seemed to be having a great time. We certainly did. This is the second place I've been to with axe throwing. (Think it was good I knew what to do when I arrived.) The person who trained us was hard to hear bc it was loud in the place. And we were ok. Tip: Easy to sign up online - the only way to get a reservation. Tip: if you go during bright sunlight, as for a back lane. If it is too sunny outside it can be difficult to see the projected target on the wood. There was one waitress for all lanes - she seemed very busy. And was pleasant and we were well served. There is a projector and you can pick different games to play (tic tac toe, monopoly, whack a mole, darts, and more) If you're staying at patriots place or are near by, this is a fun activity!!!

Mom hitting the target on her first try!

Great food! Great staff! Great time! Special thanks to the team giving our mom a great birthday and a chance to throw the big axe!

The axe throwing was fun. Our coach and server was nice. But that's about all I can say nice about the place. It was Friday night and it was DEAD. They were out of everything so we had to settle for some mozzarella sticks with no marinara. Burnt chicken with ketchup. (Odd choice) However the pretzels were good. Overall I had fun playing but if I were to ever go back I would eat first.

    Great shot!

Axe throwing was fine. Food and service were so bad that I can't believe they are still in business.

Told them not sure what time approx 4-4:30, no problem, could be 6-8 people, no problem, we'll need separate checks, no problem We arrived, 7 of us, were seated promptly. Marie was our server and she was awesome. She even took a few pictures of us for the group None of us had been there before and everyone loved their meals. I had the North End pizza with meatballs, herb infused ricotta and basil. Cooked perfectly and very delicious. Others ordered jumbo wings, fish and chips, grilled chicken sandwich and 3 had a salad bowl one with lamb, she said the lamb was one of the best she ever had, another had it with grilled chicken and the third was a Tex-Mex salad bowl Prices are a little high but worth it. I also got the beer flight. I really enjoyed 2 of them but the other 2 were just ok $12 for a flight of 4. I good way to try new flavors without ordering a whole glass and then not liking it We will definitely be back

This was just fantastic…read more Our order was 6 ribs, collards and a tall boy of green mountain. It came with a complimentary PILE of thin pickle slices and pickled onions and they threw in a cornbread with a honey butter. The rub on the ribs was delicious in it's own right, and both barbeque sauces were a joy. There was a more traditional zingy barbeque sauce and a sweeter one. The pickles made me very very happy. The corn bread and butter was honestly the star though - I was so surprised. Corn bread is not an automatic favorite for me, by any means. We ordered at the take away counter, but we ate in and were given full table service. Once we got past our confusion regarding the table service it was very pleasant. The eating area was cute. I love the cow wall paper (and the chicken wallpaper in the bathroom) But the bench seating was a little weird and a little too high for the table. There was a TV on showing the game, but it wasn't super loud. We felt like the food was worth the price. Check the patriots schedule before you go - it gets caught in game day traffic. We would certainly come here again - but not on a game day.

Now Blondie have done a great job updating and improving the restaurant, dining areas, and turned the location into a welcoming BBQ restaurant. I have been wanting to stop in to try as I eat at all the bbq spots . I order ala carte a sausage, the smoked wings, small order of ribs, a side of shells and cheese. The ribs were very good and meaty and fall ofc the bone tender. The wings had a nice smoke flavor and heavy dry rub seasoning. found the dry rub a bit too much for me and wax more Texan or Kansas city style vs Carolina or Georgia style . A bit dry but with a dip in bbq sauce, they were good. The sausage was dry and expected more juice dripping out . The shells and cheese was very good with the shells cooked perfect, cheese and the toast crunch season on top was a plus. They offer free cold water which is courteous as I want in mood lunchtime for a Texas state beer. The girl at the counter taking my order was especially helpful guiding me how to order and checked on me twice to see how all was after I was served. I think this is a nice addition to the area and a real deal barbecue spot smoking the meat real deal. I'd like to see more options or specials ...burnt ends , a corn on cob summer option, cucumber salad or other sides, a honey biscuit or real deal cornbread with smoked corn kernels in the mix, A smoke biscuit and grilled shrimp tacos ? A 1/2 pound burger or smoked chicken sandwich... I figure the owner will keep figuring out what's popular as location draws alot of working types wanting a reasonable take out lunch to eat on the run in their truck and dinner crowds move local families in Foxboro for bbq feast. I'll stop in again to try the brisket or other items . Good to see a new restaurant there succeeding .

I'm still blown away…read more.. My wife and I frequent Patriots Place, not only because we live a short distance away ( Canton ) but it's also the home of our favorite football team and we've always enjoyed the overall atmosphere of the stadium and the different venues that surround the area. It's just that we felt that something new and fresh was needed.....enter the amazing Estella Restaurant. We learned that they've been open since October from Sadie, the manager that stopped by to check on us mid meal. I was beyond giddy and my wife was also. What I didn't mention was I've been a chef in the industry over 31 years and been to restaurants from here to Jamaica. This is the first restaurant that has WOWED me in a very very long time. No exaggeration whatsoever Also some of THE BEST prepared drinks we've had in a LONG time!!! Patriots Place could not have added a better restaurant. From the moment we walked in we were greeted with a warm smile and welcome by the hostess Tamera. I honestly can't lie, I've NEVER been to a more elegant and very well artistically decorated ( amazing golden painted symbols against black walls with artsy vases that sit behind a wall of glass, behind that is the kitchen ) and insanely clean with the awesome sounds of r&b playing in the background. The vibe? Perfect!! Our server Joe couldn't be more friendly and attentive. The brunch menu was very appealing. I ordered the Estella Brunch Burger and my wife ordered the Crab Hash. Both tasted great, insanely fresh and just plain excellent!!! I peaked at the dinner menu....goodness gracious!!! Can't wait to return and give it a go. Have you ever been somewhere so great that you just didn't want to leave? Well in the famous words of The Terminator "I'll be back" See you again soon Estella. Looks like you've got two upcoming repeat customers. Thank you for an amazing experience. Looking forward to seeing you all again sooner than later.

I had no idea they do buck-a-shuck oysters on Sundays during football season. If I'd known earlier, I definitely would've been here all season long! We grabbed a dozen and they were fresh, cold, and delicious. Our server, Karen, was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. She convinced me to try the beef vegetable soup, and I'm so glad she did. She mentioned that the beef comes from the ends of their filet mignon -- and honestly, it was the best beef vegetable soup I've ever had. Rich, flavorful, and she even split it into two cups since we were sharing. Such a thoughtful touch! Before we left, my boyfriend wanted to gamble a bit, so I planned to take another glass of wine onto the casino floor. I told Karen I wanted to try something different, and she surprised me with a mini wine tasting of three options. I ended up choosing a wine I never would've tried on my own -- and loved it. Karen truly made the experience special. Stellar service, great food, and awesome vibes. We will definitely be back!

It is the perfect place for a meal that is not formal, relatively fast and much healthier than fast food. The pizza was very good and there were a lot of choices. "Walk in as strangers, leave as friends."…read more If that's not a saying that makes you want to head there now, then I don't know what is LOL! Obviously, there is more to the new renovated location of La Cantina than this saying but I will say I was pretty impressed when I saw it and knew I had to add it to my review. Let's just say it is pretty accurate. We did leave as friends since we made a few at the bar and then some. Just saying! La Cantina winery in Franklin, MA used to be a small wine bar that offered wine tasting flights and minimal food. BUT, now it is in a stunning new location (not far from their old stomping grounds). Fun Fact: It used to be a Mechanic garage. Well, wait until you see how it has turned from fixing cars to wine making and tasting. YOU HAVE GOT TO COME HERE! Parking is easy with plenty of spots. They have a lot of room at their gorgeous bar, but they also have high tops and tables for families or a large group. And, they host events here too; birthday parties, bridal showers, and anything in between, this place is it. I actually want to hold one of my milestone birthday parties here but well keep the number a secret for now. Service: Alana was our bartender and she was wonderful. Always asking us what we needed and how were doing. You don't get this upscale service any where else. And, when I wanted another sample of something she gave it to me without a fuss. Always with a smile on her face, she was the best. Wine: They have an excellent wine menu to choose from and they offer flights for about $25 pp. Flights are the best way to try multiple wines. I personally loved most of the red wines with Petit Sirah being my favorite. My husband loved their Barbera! I did sample their Sauv Blanc too which was nice but it was too cold to have a full pour. Food: Their menu is great with a ton of options from charcuterie, to tapas and some entrees. I will say some of their items can get expensive but definitely worth it. We started with a few cheeses and prosciutto. Then we ordered one of their popular pizzas called La Cantina. Everything was fresh, made in house with their beautiful pizza oven right smack in the middle of the bar. You have got to see this thing, its huge! Overall: If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We had the best time and we can't wait to go back. Franklin is not far from where we live but still a good 30 minute drive and also not far from the Wrentham outlets. We didn't have to make a reservation for a Sunday afternoon but I bet Saturdays can get pretty busy. I just loved everything about this wine bar and I know you will too! Cheers~
