The ribs were fall-off-the-bone, the rub on the meats was spot-on, and everything came out warm and juicy without being dry. The sides were solid--not necessarily the highlight, but still better than what I've had at a lot of barbecue places. We tried the beans (my favorite of the sides), collards, coleslaw, and fries. They also serve a little cucumber, onion, and pickle mixture on the side that was a nice touch. And the barbecue sauce? Excellent. We came in completely on a whim and left thoroughly impressed.
