Intense Connect 4 game - Two women are playing a game of Connect 4 at Stumpy's Hatchet House, an indoor hatchet throwing venue. One woman is seated on a black cushioned seat, while the other stands, holding red game pieces. The game is set on a wooden table, and a glass of wine is placed on the table. The background features a wall with axe targets and some T-shirts hanging on the wall. The setting appears casual and social, with a focus on group entertainment.

Another great experience at Stumpy's. This time was "junior lumber Jack day" with my 10yr old nephew. It was his birthday so they gave him a handmade wooden plank birthday card, special ballon to axe on the board and his day just so special by their encouragement, cheers and great instruction. Thanks Stumpy's for making a little 10 year olds day one to remember!

A wooden target featuring black and red concentric circles is mounted on a wooden wall. An axe is embedded in the center of the target, which is secured to the wall with visible screws. The surrounding wall is made of horizontal wooden planks, and the scene appears to be in a dimly lit indoor or outdoor setting, possibly at an axe-throwing venue.

Absolutely loved this place! You can bring your own alcohol which was a plus. You hand them what you'd like to drink over the counter and they place it on ice for you at no cost. All the staff seem to take safety very seriously and explain the rules to you well. They even come back during your session to check in to make sure everything is alright. Just wish the sessions weren't so short, we felt like once we finally got the hang of axe throwing it was already time to wrap it up!

This was great for girls night out. We had a blast. The location is super cute. They provided snacks and ice buckets for our byob drinks. They also let us bring in our own food. We had a blast and would certainly go back due to a great location, a great time, and wonderful staff.

GalZ kickin some AXE - Four women are standing in front of a rustic wooden wall at Stumpy's Hatchet House in Fall River, MA, holding large, cartoonish axe props with humorous phrases like 'Kiss my AXE!' and 'Like my AXE?'. They are smiling and posing for the photo, dressed in casual and stylish clothing. The background features wooden panels and painted axe symbols, indicating an indoor axe-throwing venue. The women appear to be enjoying a social gathering or celebration.

I'm visiting from Florida so we had a group of girls meet up here and we had a blast. I used to live in the area so too bad this place wasn't here when I did. I definitely will be returning again! it was clean; staff was nice and we all enjoyed it

A man with long hair tied back, a beard, and casual attire, including a black T-shirt and cargo pants, stands in an indoor axe-throwing facility. He holds an axe in his right hand, preparing to throw it towards the targets on the wooden wall in front of him. The background features wooden panels, target boards with concentric circles, and a safety netted area. The environment appears dimly lit, with industrial elements like exposed pipes visible overhead.

Amazing amazing amazing! From the staff, the atmosphere, and prices. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we learned how to throw properly and talking us through how to throw and all the safety tips. As well as the front desk staff who were super friendly and inviting! We went during October which is breast cancer awareness month and we got free pink Stumpy's coozies! Also got complimentary goldfish and pretzels. It is being your own liquor but they will put it on ice and make sure you have all you need. They are fast and kind and don't even seem annoyed with your questions or with what you may need. They also have many seating areas with jumbo Jenga, connect 4 and test your punch games to hang out when your done throwing. Perfect for date night, friend groups, or absolutely anything! Place is decorated so cutely great photos ops and overall great experience! Can't wait to go back.

Such a fun place! They allow each person to bring in their own 6pk of beer. Or a full bottle of wine can be split between two people. They set you up in your individual area with an ice bucket and some complementary gold fish and pretzels. I loved that each area was unique with their own asthetic. Once you finish your timed session, there is still plenty of seating and fun games like large sized Jenga and Connect Four, or Foosball to be played. There is no rush to leave right away once you have finished. Would definitely return.

Went for ladies night on a Wednesday as a second trip. Such a fun place. Show you what to do, check in with you. Something different for a night out! Socially distanced as it stands you are away from other parties and only interact with those in your group. Only need a mask while walking around the facility. Not while throwing. Fun music, games provided. Outdoor cornhole as well.

A square wooden target with painted black and red markings is mounted on a wooden wall. The target has a central red circle, surrounded by black concentric circles and additional red dots at the corners. The setting appears to be an indoor axe-throwing venue, with wooden paneling and a rustic atmosphere.

We had a great experience with the Rolling Video Games Boston Truck, from start to finish. From the beginning they answered all my questions and were always available whenever I needed them. Regarding the truck, it was very spacious, filled with lots of video games, systems and controllers, and it was air conditioned too. The weather was a lot better now than in April. We stopped at the scenic waterfront Bayside Station where we were able to use our 2 tickets for alcoholic drinks like Mimosas, Bellinis, and Bloody Marys. Death Wish Coffee and juice were complimentary. There were also complimentary muffins, danishes, and other pastries and fruit. Adirondack chairs were placed facing the water to enjoy the views. The 6 mile roundtrip tour is always an unforgettable experience. The staff are always very friendly and offer to take pictures to capture the memories. A brief instructional talk is always provided at the beginning and now they have a microphone so everyone can hear. Safety is of utmost importance.

That said, for such a large space, it feels surprisingly empty in spots. Maybe they're planning to build it out more over time, because right now it doesn't quite match its own ambition. There are currently a handful of activities like go-karts, a pool, arcade games, billiards, and a few private event rooms. Next time I visit I'd like to check out the pool, which is $25 a person, but it seemed to be a large sized pool, when we went it was not very busy for a Friday night. The restaurant was just okay. Our table was pretty cramped for four people, which feels like a weird oversight in a place that size, come to find there was better seating in a separate area. On the positive side, the waitress, Tanya was friendly, attentive, and accommodating. She even packed up our leftovers for us, which honestly felt like the highlight of the meal. As for the food, it was hit or miss. The fries were way too salty, the deviled eggs leaned heavily on mustard and didn't land well for me, but the fish sandwich was actually solid with fresh, good-quality fish. Unfortunately, that level of quality wasn't consistent across the rest of the table. For a restaurant that leans into Portuguese cuisine, the other dishes were a bit of a letdown. Prices were pretty standard for the area, nothing shocking there. We ended our visit in a gift shop that predominately is filled with 3D printed fidget toys.

The architecture alone makes it worth the visit -- the stonework, the grand entry, and the overall historic feel give it such a unique presence. What stood out most was how well the property is maintained. The grounds are beautiful and peaceful, and there's a sense of privacy that makes it feel like you're somewhere far outside of the South Coast. It's the kind of place that makes you slow down and just take it in. The staff (if you're attending an event there) are professional and organized, and everything feels thoughtfully put together. Whether you're going for an event, photos, or just appreciating the structure itself, it definitely leaves an impression. Massachusetts has a lot of historic charm, but this place feels truly special. If you're looking for something different -- something that doesn't feel like the usual banquet hall -- this is it. Would absolutely recommend checking it out.
