Edit... My nephew and I swapped this motor yesterday. It took us a total of 4 hours, and we're not "professional" mechanics.

They acted quick to help rescue me after sliding into a curb one snowy morning, but unfortunately that's where the help stopped. My car was with them for over a month to finish the repairs. Once I picked up my car I was less than 3 feet off their lot when I knew something was still wrong. Clearly they didn't test drive it after completing the repairs. My car sat at their shop for another 2 months until it was finally fixed. They towed the car to my house, where I found that things had been stolen from it. Stay far far away!! You would be better off taking your car to the local nursing home for repairs. read more

I would give this company 0 stars if possible. The man who picked up the phone always seemed irritated that anyone was calling him. After 3 days (not including weekend) of him rudely promising me that the vehicle would be picked up...I was told that the job didn't get done and to call someone else. I strongly suggest not using this company. read more

took my ford escape there for a few small dents and told it it would be a 3 day fix. after 3 weeks i called and was still not done. told me they where working on it . took a ride by there on a Sunday my ford was siting in the same spot as i left it . call again two weeks later told me they where to busy to work on my car, and it will be done this week. well you know this is going 4 months later i took my ford out of there work not done . lost deposit stay away better place to go read more

Had an alternator failure on my old Q45 400 miles from home and 300 miles from my destination on a Sunday afternoon. 5 minutes after a poor phone experience with AAA, Dennis Hatter was at my car. We charged it enough to drive to his shop, he found me a rental car 20 miles away and took me there, repaired the car for a very reasonable price, and his wife picked me up at the rental car place at the end of the week to retrieve my car. Didn't want to give this place even 1 star but was wouldn't let me write the review without giving at least 1. This place is a scam and does extremely poor sloppy work on to of that! If u dont want to get ripped off, please do not go there. Im a very easy person to please but i keep my clean, so i feel that it should be given back to be that way. My driver's side was ran into n blew out drivers side window along with damages to that whole side. When i went to pick up my car, my black interior was coated with dirt and a white film, which was probably dust from sanding or from paint? My seats were completely covered in dirt, that when just touching with my fingers it left a film of dirt on them! Not only that but they never even bothered to vacuum out the glass, there was glass all over floor under my seat! There was also a dent on car that they just didn't feel like fixing i guess.This was what they seen as a good job!? They then had the nerve to make me feel as if i was an inconvenience to them after they returned my car in that condition! Never once did they apologize. They charged $1800.00 for a job that cost then $200 and no more than 2 hours of there time. They were suppose to put on new door, which they didn't, but yet charged me for. And when i asked to see an actual receipt of parts etc, they couldn't. They gave me a bill that just simply said $1800.00. And had the nerve to return my car in the most awful poor condition i have ever seen it! All because they couldn't do their jobs properly by simply taking a few extra steps such as covering the windows when working on the car or covering my interior to ensure that my interior would not get messed up. This place very poor quality, they have no respect 4 peoples belongings and hard earned money. They should be very ashamed to say that this is what they do for a living. Especially when they're getting all that money to pocket for themselves, the least they could have done was kept my car clean and done the repairs to an acceptable degree. Enterprise when took my rental back, told me that will no longer afford people to leave the rentals at this shop do to all problems the cars would have when picked up by company, such as damages that the customers claimed were not there prior to leaving car with this shop. Please people be very cautious with this place, best to just take it to a clean trusted shop where people don't do half ass sloppy work and rob u blind. I should have just taken my car to the Chevrolet dealer where they may but be cheaper but they would have done the job, kept my car clean and bill able to show me exactly what they did and the prices for everything they did because they are a legit company who doesn't scam insurance companies and innocent hard working people. All this happened due to someone crashing into me at no fault of my own and i was suppose to be taken care of because being a single mother trying to make ends meet, this was a huge inconvenience and then only got screwed even more at the end with this place.
