tip: Don't see Allison. I never write reviews- but this warranted warning others. Been pleased for the last 7 years with this office, until today. Sadly, it was seeing Allison that has made the decision to leave easy. She's Dismissive. Did not listen. Minimized symptoms and sent my daughter home sick. Her negligence was evident, and the severity of illness was obvious so I sought a second opinion the same day- who suggested my daughter was not provided proper care (fluids and honey: advice from Allison, who also said the cough that was causing my daughter to vomit daily for the past week was "protecting her lungs" ) Following her failure to properly diagnosis and treat my child, she spoke to me on the phone and could not have been more patronizing. She acted like she was doing me a favor by calling- remind you no call would have been needed if she did her job in the first place. Rather than take accountability, she made statements like "we have been seeing a lot of" and "she didn't have those symptoms." Last I checked, there are other illnesses than what you've "been seeing a lot of." ... but what do I know, I'm just a mom. Moral of the story, if you can avoid Allison, this place is decent. But I won't be taking my chances anymore. read more

I really wish I could give more than 5 stars! My kids have seen Dr Coren for 10 years! We followed her from a previous practice. She is dedicated, kind, caring, and understanding. I've never felt dismissed or rushed when asking questions. Anytime I call with a concern or question the staff is always so helpful. Even offering to have the doctor call me back personally! They have a sick and well side, and an area for infants which I love! I will say they are very accommodating with scheduling when I call for a sick appointment. My daughter is entering high school this year and Dr Coren had a talk with her about it. I love that she is so genuine and concerned about the well being of my children. My kids primarily see Dr Coren bc we have formed such a wonderful relationship with her over the years. My kids are very comfortable with her and the office. We have seen the other 3 doctors on staff for sick visits and have been impressed with them as well. It's hard finding an office with amazing doctors and staff! We drive about 45 minutes to the office honestly I'd drive 2 hours for my kids to receive this level of care! I can't say enough positive things about this office! read more

My son started at Lower Bucks Peds then Dr. Coren and Dr. Amoia opened this practice so I moved him here. We have been going here for years and because of a couple of missed appointments they put a hold on my sons profile and said to speak with the manager. I did today unless, heartless and just not a clue. I told him we have been here for years he said once the profile is on hold there is nothing we can do. Ridiculous you can do what you want but chose not to!!!! Got my sons records and walked out. Heartless and disgusting!!! A pediatric practice and this is what you do to your patients???? My son woke up with his face swollen having an allergic reaction to something. I called immediately and they were able to get him in within 45 minutes. The doctor quickly was able to determine it was a poison ivy reaction and relieved my son's mind when she told him it wasn't an allergy to his new pet. He was able to get a prescription and he is now on the road to recovery. We love Hatboro Peds. read more

Transferred my daughter to Hatboro pediatrics and it was the best decision we ever made. My daughter who had a very bad experience at another practice now is starting to come around each appointment and is really learning to love her dr and PA Allison especially. Can not say enough good things about this practice if you're thinking of making the switch you will not regret it! read more

If there were more stars Dr. Coren would get them. She is an amazing doctor who takes the time with her patients and their families. The office is clean, you never feel rushed and your child is seen promptly. If you are looking for an amazing pediatrician who will know your child's needs and offer top notch care in a nice, clean office, Dr. Coren is the doctor for you! read more

Hatboro Pediatrics was great! No wait for appointment. Dr. Jennifer Coren is extremely skilled and competent.. She took her time and gave my child a thorough exam. Eveyr question I had she answered. She is sweetest physician I have ever met. It was love at first visit. If you need a doctor for your child, I highly recommend her practice. read more

first sick visit, switched to this practive recently. was able to get a same day sick appointmen, we have not been able to for years been able to do that with our previous office. Dr. Mondello was amazing with my son and seemed to really care about his past and current medical situation. so happy we switched to this office! read more

Everyone from Doctors, to nurses, to Ma's, to reception staff is so nice and caring. They take time to listen to your concerns and answer all your questions without any judgment. They are so knowledgeable and even break things down for kiddos to understand. Can't recommend them enough. read more
