The coolest hat place ever! Love the service and the selection of hats! I really dig my Dodgers Navy Blue Hat

I bought a World Series hat that didn't fit. The stickers were removed when I bought it by the store when they steamed it. When I walked in the store manager and the clerk Evan and Chris were chatting. Never walked up or anything I finally flagged them down and tried to exchange my hat. They guys says "sorry my guy. It's dirty." Hat is less than 24 hours old. This place is a joke and I will never shop there again. read more

My husband visited the Chandler location yesterday to purchase Dodger hats for our family of 4 to sport during the WS games. He bought me as a surprise, a fitted hat and the salesperson who sold it to him removed the stickers and steamed it for him. When I tried it on at home that same afternoon, it was too snug, but also, I didn't think the style of the hat fit me well so I asked him to exchange it. The next morning, as we are all headed to my son's little league game, we stopped at this location to do the exchange, though because they didn't have the hat I wanted, we attempted to return the hat. The sales person there immediately rejected the idea, stating that the hat looked used even comparing it to another hat at the store. My husband attempted to explain that it wasn't used but that it was handled by the person who sold it to him when it was steamed. We asked to speak to the manager who also quickly dismissed us even referring to my husband as "My guy..this looks used." I'm very disappointed with the customer service at this location. To imply that we lied, when the hat was only purchased under 24 hours and also, who would bring their entire family, including two kids 7, and 9 to con a hat store over a $60 hat. So ridiculous and I hope this store learns from this mistake they made. We'll be shopping exclusively at Lids from now on. read more

I was in Arizona and I wanted to get a spring training hat. I pulled up Yelp for Lids but someone recommended Hat Club. It was nearby at a mall and my brother and I went there. We were blown away by the selection! Way better than Lids. We came back home to SoCal and found they're here but not by my house. So I order online now. read more

I been in this joint a handful of times and the employees are always so polite and helpful but they all pushy or pressy. They even dapped my kid up today. This place is sick. read more

As a fitted collector this is the first place I call or stop by when picking for my next purchase. When I'm in there they don't bug and push me to buy they simply ask once. At times I call and ask if they have the hat that just got released and if they do they hold it for me. They do not push for you to buy other products like other stores do to go with your purchase and that's a good sign for me to go back. I drive 25 minutes to check this store first. This store is legit good customer service. read more

Definitely will go to HatClub again! Called prior to my trip there since I wanted to make sure they had what I needed. Chris answered and was very friendly! He definitely knew what I was looking for and was able to help answer my questions. When I stopped by to buy the hat I needed they were very friendly. Not to mention I walked in there probably 2-5 minutes before they closed and they still were very good about it. read more

Horrible online service. When making purchase right when the goes online the item is immediately out of stock. What's the point of having an online website if the moment the product is online it's out of stock. Poor poor service. read more

I purchased a hat here 4 days ago. I wore it twice and the bill was already separating from the hat itself. I brought it in today WITH receipt and bag. I was told by the same guy that sold it to me that he couldn't return it because of the "wear and tear" on it but would gladly exchange it. Now, I asked him why he wouldn't return it with receipt and bag in hand and he said because he "couldn't put stickers back on it and sell it, because it didn't look brand new". The hat is 4 days old, lol. I asked him why would he try and resell a hat if I was bringing it back because of a manufacturing defect. That just means someone else would be purchasing the same hat I returned with defects and all at full price. The receipt says 30 days, so I told him he needed to refund my money and he did. Even though he was going against "policy". It doesn't match up. Receipt in hand, manufactured hat that was purchased 4 days ago in hand and all I wanted was my money back. Because I asked questions on how and why they would normally "put stickers back on it and resell it", I"made him refund it because I feel like he didn't want to answer my questions or didn't know how to answer them. Seems pretty shady for a company to put stickers back on a $40 hat that has been worn by someone else and was being returned for a defect, but I guess that's their choice. Bummer. 2 stars only because I got a refund and the guy was somewhat decent, other than just trying to get me to switch it out for another one when I specifically told him I didn't want another hat. Also, their color selection is pretty poor. read more

My fiancé and I were just in The Hat Club at Arrowhead and we were so impressed by the attentive customer service we received. Friendly and helpful. We left with three hats and they gave us a card on the way out when we saw another hat we liked and they said if we decide we want it, to call them ahead of time so they could have it ready for us. Nice to see customer service still exists! Thanks fellas! read more

Insanely good customer service. I'm not sure of the name of the guy who helped us, but I have the date and time we were there on our receipt. He was instantly aware of my favorite teams (mainly because of my attire), and was extremely patient with me, my boyfriend and my niece. Don't let this one go. I created a Yelp account for the sole reason of giving this man credit for his genuine patience and willingness to help. Even when he got a rush, he let us take our time. He waited while my three year old niece decided on a hat. Believe me, she went through seven or eight hats before she made a decision. He folded the bills of all five of our hats without batting an eye. I also got awesome JJ Watt socks. Will definitely come back. read more
