I had been on the hunt for the perfect turquoise ring for about a year. Everything online (mostly Etsy) showed what had to be fake given the price and sheer availability, as mentioned above. When I found LaLady Designs, I could see the difference. I needed a ring that was a certain size, both in ring size and stone. The color was important to me and I wanted a simple setting I have arthritis in the knuckle of the finger I want to wear the ring so that was a factor. Turns out, La Lady Designs has some adjustable rings! And not a cheap kind where you can see the sliding part--it's concealed under the stone. Britt was super patient with me. I think I vacillated between four rings before settling on the one I purchased. She took photos, put it on her finger for comparison, everything I needed. And she shipped it super fast!! I couldn't be more pleased :-)

There's plenty of parking but you guys look for the location. We found it walking pass. Perhaps GPS ON YOUR PHONE might take you to its front door. Yes, I'll ship here again if I need any last min gifts or items that are usually hard to find elsewhere. The only drawback for me is that the receipt doesn't list its location but only list shopping online. Bravo to this store and it's Owner.

I've been on a low-key mission to find more of the Motivas. I scanned the back clearance section and almost gave up, but I was determined to find at least 1 pair. Just as I was about to give up, I spotted them!! YASSSSS!! The last pair of size 8 in the vintage green color. It's more of an army green to me, but whatevs. I normally wear a size 9 in this brand since I like extra wiggle room in the toe box. However, when a friend convinced me to get a size 8 from the Tucson outlet store, I went with it. 8 is my natural shoe size, but it fluctuates with different brands. Nike is also very narrow imo, and my flatter than flat feet appreciate the extra room that a size 9 offers. The Air Zoom Pegasus that I found was a bonus. I wasn't looking for it, nor do I need to add to my ever-growing shoe collection, but hey, when you can grab 2 pairs of Nikes at under $100, I'd call that WINNING!! DO NOT SLEEP on these outlet stores, mannnn!! The clearance prices were an additional 30% off, so yeah, you really can't pass that up. Service was okay. These guys are busy, but I managed to ask an employee if they had any more sizes. He was polite and said usually whatever is out in the clearance section is IT. I walked to the registers so fast because there was no way I was leaving these shoes for someone else to buy. Not under my watch, lol. I need to stay away from here, but for now, I'm good to go!!

"Hailey" if that even is her name needs to be retrained if this is how she speaks to her customers on a daily. She thought she saw a vulnerable person who wouldn't speak up for themselves, but she really thought wrong. She'll also be reported to the security office and corporate. This location has lost my service.

Horrible experience! I was in line to the fitting room with my daughter and one of their employees…read morestarted assuming that I was going to go in with my daughter and started giving me a speech about us not being able to share rooms and she went on and on. I stopped her and told her my daughter was the only one going in. She did not like my response, as she walked my daughter to the fitting room she mumbled something like "you don't have to be rude about it" but I did not need her lecturing me when I did not even move when she told us the room was ready only my daughter did. One of the worst things an employee can do in customer service is to assume they know what the customer is thinking or doing.
