It took 4 and a half hours in the middle of a Monday. They didn't get my car in until 2 hours in. Since I had not expected this to take four and a half hours, I had to leave midway to make it to work on time and have someone else pick up the car. Both times I had asked about how much time it would take, they had given me 'not too much longer' and 'uhhh maybe 30 minutes', only to keep my father there for another 2 and a half hours. After that, they only told him about my alignment and then tried to keep him even longer and charge more for the shocks. This is not the first time Les Schwab has taken over three hours for tires, both of the ones in redmond. They're getting worse and worse by the year, ever since they stopped being owned by the actual family. Look into a local repair shop, les schwab isn't worth it anymore.

The unreliable, poor customer service is driving me away. I have only come here to have new tires mounted on wheels and the first two times I came things went okay (only exception being no call to let me know the work was done). I recently brought tires and wheels in again to have them swapped and have some old tires patched and never received a phone call when the work was supposedly done. I mentioned to Jesse that I was not called the last two times but he did not seem to care. When I picked up the tires I was charged for all of the labor that should have been done, but later discovered they did not fix one of the tires even though I was charged for it. I went back the next day to have them fix the tire I was charged for and you can imagine my surprise (sarcasm) when they once again never called to let me know that it was done.

Hoping it was a fluke, I placed the order again because the price was good. Set another installation date. Canceled again two days later. I went to the store and asked if they could install the tires right then. At first, I was told no. When I asked to cancel the order, they suddenly could install them. So I left my Bronco and was told it would be ready in 1.5 hours. Guess what? 1.5 hours later, they called me to say their machine couldn't install the tires because of the size. I returned, got a refund for the tires -- but they couldn't refund the installation fee at the store. Now I have to call a 1-800 number and chase down my own money.
