No-nonsense, practical, smart, tough - she helped us sell our home and buy a new one (latter turned out to be very complicated). When our buyer required documents we didn't have, Marion got them. When our seller failed to present CO's etc, Marion got them. I didn't go to septic inspection (I mean, ugh, Id rather pack), Marion went and called back later. She is busy and we certainly weren't the most expensive homes she had but she stayed on top of things (she does have a well functioning team). I hated the whole process (lawyers, inspectors, movers etc) but felt she was the only person who didn't disappoint. 5 stars for sure.
