seems to be very popular open kitchen concept where the burgers are smashed on the grill in front of you. I am vegetarian and was drawn to the veggie burger with lots of toppings including kimchi. the chips were tasty. The burger itself was not a veggie burger but one of those sickening over processed impossible burgers IMHO they are vile. Most vegetarians are looking for good clean ingredients, not something made in a lab mimicking beef. This should have been made
clear on the menu board. So after deconstructing the generous burger it was mostly dumped $20 US with chips and a drink. Could have had a true veggie burger one stop over read more
