The ordering system here is slicker than I would expect for such a small chain so I suspect this is some kind of VC-backed operation that is rapidly expanding. It has a touch-screen system ala McDonalds and getting your delicious Doner is painless. The taste was, from my memory, fairly similar to the kebabs and wraps I've had in Klon and Berlin but I'll have to return to confirm. I Tried a chicken and beef classic Doner kebab sandwich and it had a variety of delicious aspects: the beef and chicken were perfect kebab sliced juicy cuts of very thin meat, the vegetables were very fresh, the bread was light and tasty, and the sauces make the whole thing; love both the garlic and yoghourt! I've had my first Tortilla-burrito at Yelp event a while back and chatting with the owner, I found out that he's actually from San Francisco - which probably explains why I like their burritos. And since the event, I've kind of made Tortilla my default-Mexican food stop when my craving gets too strong. My tip: when you get a steak or pork burrito - ask them to NOT squeeze out the juice. I find that a juicy (well-lubricated) burrito is much tastier. Also, do invest in extra-guacamole, as this will uplift the flavour tremendously. (They are a little stingy on the guacamole though.)
