I have had all of my house re-done with white plastic double glazing including leaded glass, new front door, new patio door, new garage doors. The quality of the units fitted are first class. The fitters were very professional and polite, they made sure that the quality of the fitting was spot on. They cleaned up every day and took away all the old units. The old units were removed without damaging any plaster work so not redecorating was required. The company did not want a deposit for the work, the final bill was exactly as quoted and only payable once I was happy with the job. I was very impressed with the level of service offered around the knowledge of the product and how best to install to suit my needs. I allowed Hasbury to take the lead on guiding what would work best for me and my family. Having recently dealt with Hasbury windows I can only guess that the above comment was placed by them or someone connected to them. The dealings I have had with them, doing a simple door replacement, have been anything but polite and courteous. Damage to my hallway after they failed to put down any protective sheeting was passed off by their boss as something my lads wouldn't do and he turned up at my house with two other men to tell me this which was quite intimidating considering that I am seven months pregnant and at home with two small children during the day. He said that my damaged tiles were old anyway and weren't worth bothering with. He then told me he would contact the right people should I refuse to pay (which I wasn't doing anyway).
