2 x instillation dates cancelled when new conservatory roof finaly installed wrong fittings for…read moreguttering to one side so job could not be finished , told had to pay in full & job would be completed asap. return visit to complete guttering booked for 1wks time, fitters failed to turn up, apologies from armour and new booking for 4 days time arranged. on day of rearranged booking fitters turned up' not original fitters. it was raining and first time i had been in conservatory since instillation to be greeted with a pool of water from leaking roof. i was informed that they couldnt repair leak the leak there & then due to rain & friday afternoon. another appointment made for following monday, when fitters arrived monday i was told leak was due to guttering missing & rectified! how can a company leave a job for 2wks knowing full well that if it rains it would probably leak! especialy as they brag about years of experience. Mick visited me to quote but I found him very off putting, he didn't have much to say and made me feel like I was a nusience, very uncomfortable. This has happened onthree seperate occasions for three seperate jobs now, I wanted to give a local business the benefit of the doubt. In a nutshell poor customer service, lack of timely response and not the best prices combined to give me a low confidence in their potential to deliver without problems. I have requested quotes for three different jobs on three separate occasions.Each time I have been met with weeks of silence to the point where I have said if they want to decline to quote that's fine. Eventually after contacting them again and again I managed to get quotes for two of these jobs, but the price wasn't the best and coupled with the weeks of delay and poor customer experience I lost confidence in their potetial to deliver without problems. So I am sorry to say don't bother with them, it's a waste of time.
