Had 4 Windows and 2 French Doors fitted in 2021. In early 2023, the locking system in one window…read moreinexplicably failed. It took 5 calls over 2 weeks before NEO finally accepted liability and sent out a repair team. Less than 3 months later a second locking system has failed in the open position. I cannot close the window securely rendering my home contents insurance null and void. Have called NEO 3 times but each time the become more rude and abrasive suggesting it's not their problem! They have refused to acknowledge my e-mails until I chase them up with more phone calls; they have refused to commit to a repair timescale - actually saying 'I'm not going to commit to a timescale as you will hold me to it' Yes - seriously!!! When I asked for a part number to order a part in myself - they had no idea as they clearly have ignored the detailed information and photographs I have given them. 'If we have to order a part in we will' - so clearly they haven't even checked. Appalling after-sales service; noting that I had 2 neighbours use them on my recommendation and they haven't so much as acknowledged that and clearly are only interested in new business. Do not give them a penny. Appalling.

We are very happy with our new loft; if quality, value and attention to detail are important to you then this is the company to choose. Deciding to have the work done rather than move house, and choosing Warmer's Lofts to do the conversion, has been one of the best decisions we've ever made

I would give 6 out of 5 if mathematically possible. This is the second time I have used Warmer…read moreLofts for a conversion, and would use or recommend them again without hesitation. Both conversions have been seriously large and complex challenges that require a rare blend of skills in architecture, structural engineering and design underpinned by a competitive pricing that I have not seen from any of Warmer's competition. Chris and Sam's team have now converted my large loft (4 yrs ago) into 2 bedrooms & 2 en-suites and last month finished my double garage (converting the loft above it also). These are large conversions and not for the ad-hoc builder. But Warmers deliver, and deliver to an exceptional quality. No shortcuts, no poor workmanship, no stereo-typical builder attitudes. They manage the complete build from submitted drawings to final signoff. Chris harnesses a team of experienced professionals who are friendly & highly skilled. My only problem is I've nothing left to convert!
