I would give 6 out of 5 if mathematically possible. This is the second time I have used Warmer Lofts for a conversion, and would use or recommend them again without hesitation. Both conversions have been seriously large and complex challenges that require a rare blend of skills in architecture, structural engineering and design underpinned by a competitive pricing that I have not seen from any of Warmer's competition. Chris and Sam's team have now converted my large loft (4 yrs ago) into 2 bedrooms & 2 en-suites and last month finished my double garage (converting the loft above it also). These are large conversions and not for the ad-hoc builder. But Warmers deliver, and deliver to an exceptional quality. No shortcuts, no poor workmanship, no stereo-typical builder attitudes.
