We have had similar problems with this company. We paid £3,000 (60%) in October 2014 expecting the…read morewindows to be installed in 6-8 weeks...and after a SERIOUS amount of me and my partner hassling them via calls, texts, emails and turning up at their workshop, we had 3/4 of what we ordered and so called fitted last weekend (18 weeks after we'd paid). We are still waiting to hear from Vitalijus (the owner) to get them finished off as they are shoddy, they don't have any latches, locks, handles and are not finished to a high standard. We asked him for our money back a few weeks ago but he said he didn't have the funds. We opened up the entire back of our house to accommodate these new windows and door, and he allowed us to do this knowing full well that the windows weren't even made! We even checked with him 3 times that we were good to go before we took the back wall down. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone who values good service or a quality product.
