Absolutely amazing service. We had to have our house rewired unexpectedly when we brought the property. Mace Electrical - Simon came straight out for a quote. He walked through the house with me and guided me through what needed doing. We went room by room, and answered all my questions in detail. Mace Electrical quoted and there was no pressure from them and gave me quotes for different options which was great especially on a budget. We had no doubt in the capability, professionalism, knowledge and approachability Simon showed us. Through the house rewire, Simon kept me updated and gave me options when small issues cropped up due to changes from other trades also working on the house, he had a great working relationship with other trades as well. On the day of the rewire being completed, I had a walk through the house with Simon to have everything explained and shown the new changes, most importantly all certificates were sent direct to me by the end of the day.
