I cannot express my gratitude to Adam and his team for his work on my house. There was an issue with the oven in which the fuse box kept switching off as I attempted to use this, however when they arrived at 5pm they found a massive issue with the fuse box and the power was completely gone. Adam felt inclined to delay fixing this, knowing he had to go out and get the appropriate part and come back to fix it all evening. They worked tirelessly till 12:15am and were really nice, pleasant guys who did their best for me in a difficult situation. They provided excellent service and sacrifice doing a difficult job in pitch black! Despite the time they also took their time in order to deliver real quality work, for which I ma very grateful for. Fantastic service from Adam and his team needed my circuit board replacing and he was able to make it on the day and replace it on the day. He also explained everything very well when testing the house and explained the faults with professional safety knowledge and answered any questions I had. Never keeps the given promises, always some sort of excuses. States resolved the wiring issues on certificate but in fact changed our 5 bulbs a1 ceiling light with a basic single light and didn't even provide a bulb for it, charged 140 for that. Numerous request for receipt but sent an email invoice which reads payment due 3rd of may!! Full of lies and cheats to get money for downgrading our lights when he charges and meant to rewiring it. read more

Repaired an electric heater but removed a screw and now the handle keeps falling off. Have called, messaged and left voice mail. Today his phone is off completely. Do not use this rogue trader or beware he won't finish the job but charge you the full price. Very poor, very disappointing, will never use again and definitely not recommend. read more
