The situation got complicated, and I was freaking out that the locks wouldn't be changed quick enough and the tenant would come back. Well, Oscar comPLETEly saved the day. He quickly went over to the house, helped me choose the locks, installed them, FaceTimed me along the way, and sent me photo/video of all the completed work. I can't tell you how much this man cared. Oscar made me feel so comfortable to contact him - told me to call if I needed anything at all. And whenever I did call, he answered immediately. Oscar gave every single detail his full attention. He listened to exactly what I needed. And he went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. In closing, I want to stress this: not only was Oscar highly competent, reliable, friendly, honest, responsive, and knowledgeable - he was also truly kind and understanding. They had a portable vacuum for the door wood shavings. They left my house in better condition than when i called them both times. They promised to be at our office within an hour and showed up five hours later. They were asked to try to repair the door handle instead within 15 minutes they replace the door handle.. They $750 for less than 20 minutes of originally told us that the reason for the charge was that the charge was 400 and the door handle was valued at $350. After multiple interchanges, they then said that the door handle was worth 500 and they were charging 200 for . An Internet search of the door handle shower that it it was priced at $119. Also, the Service person lied and said that he was not the owner of the company, but an Internet search showed that he was the sole proprietor. He also talks negatively about me to my employees as he left taking his $700 check with him. He has refused to reimburse us anything for the overcharge. This provider is very deceptive. I have read other reviews with similar complaints.

I made a special trip to the Flying Locksmith in Westborough Mass to have a key cut. Their address is noted as 57 E. Main St in Westborough. I have seen their locksmith van parked in the plaza numerous times after hours. However, they do not even have a business store in the plaza. Their business is not even listed on the plaza entrance signpost. All this driving around for a advertised locksmith with no active address. Their name fits them very well.
