He quickly went over to the house, helped me choose the locks, installed them, FaceTimed me along the way, and sent me photo/video of all the completed work. I can't tell you how much this man cared. They had a portable vacuum for the door wood shavings. They left my house in better condition than when i called them both times. However, his approach was dismissive & he acted like we never wanted the motor etc. Communication with Theon was not impressive. Certainly, lost trust in the company.
