No issues there, and the advice nurse I spoke with (Tommy) was very pleasant. The facility itself was lovely and conveniently located. It's a little on the older side, but it was clean and very easy to get around. I can't say I understand the concern about being asked to wait in the lobby, as it wasn't crowded at 4pm on a Thursday, and there was a clear sign indicating I could wait in my car if that was my preference. No issues there. My visit with Dr. Jay was great; Mel, the intake RN was very pleasant and quick about taking my vitals and getting my background information. Dr. Jay was also pleasant, efficient, and thorough. It wasn't a long visit but I felt like she heard my concerns and reacted appropriately. The phlebotomist, Briona, was a gem. My lab work was quick and painless, and we had a great banter while she did my draw. All in all, pretty much met or exceeded my expectations in all areas, and I'm so glad to be established with Dr. Jay, and at a facility so close to my home.

It was difficult to see her at first this isn't a 24 hour clinic. Dr. Holly takes her time with every clinic and doesn't phone it in. She is thorough and proactive with her healthcare approach. She also stays current on the healthcare industry to ensure you get the best care and most current protocols based on ethnicity where relevant. This sets her FAR apart from other physicians in the area. I would drive a million miles to see Dr. Supkay. Setting up appts, request of refills, insurance is all an ease due to the excellent attentional to detail & communication. They also have an amazing patient portal which makes communication with Dr Supkay & her nurse very easy. You can also make refill requests & get lab results from the portal. I absolutely LOVE that Dr Supkay does NOT keep your lab results hostage. As soon as CPL completes them, Dr Supkay allows us to see them. And she follows up to discuss of course. The convenience of CPL being located on site makes any follow up labs easy breezy. Highly recommend Dr Supkay as part of your medical care team!!! I really like Dr. Crear and some of the PAs so it's a shame that the messaging service is not held to a high standard. Honestly, it's like talking to a child...but one who clearly uses AI to polish their grammar. The level of incompetence - with incorrect prescriptions called in and incorrect information relayed - is concerning. I hope they don't have these medical assistants completing tasks that require common sense, like relaying important test results. I know practices are trying to increase profits, especially those practices that are owned by private equity (which this place may be--IDK). But please consider your patients. Don't run a competent practice into the ground by having these assistants do what medical professionals should be doing. Employ some actual nurses to answer patient questions for god's sake, not just "medical assistants."
