I've driven by Harvey's for years and finally stopped in for dinner. This is a large facility with lots of seating. The interior is wide open, high ceilings and has 70 styled-peace themed murals on the walls. The facility actually fells cold and empty as there isn't much in the restaurant other than tables and the murals on the wall. This facility could use some better styling to give it a warmer-welcoming feel. On this evening I think we had just past the busy Saturday evening rush. Upon entering we found lots of tables that needed bused. The floors had some debris in the floor aisles. There seemed to have ample help to waitress and bus. I was just taken aback on how much cleaning needed to happen before we could be seated. We didn't have the salad bar but it looked pretty basis. It wasn't very attractive. Just very simple. The salad bar was clean and looked like the items were fresh. For dinner we started with the breadsticks. I had heard that the breadsticks were amazing. Harvey's breadsticks are very light, fluffy and golden brown in color. The light buttery taste is good. The light/fluffy texture that produces a little different taste from a normal breadstick. This came with a cup of cheese that was a nice addition to the unique taste. We ordered a deluxe pizza also. The pizza was cooked nicely...nice soft crust without any over cooked spots. There were lots of toppings on this pizza. The sauce was uneventful - not sweet, not spicy, very mild tomato taste. The crust was similar to the breadsticks - light, not greasy, soft. It really didn't have much distinguishing taste. The real test of pizza is it good the next day? I tried it the next morning...and I think I actually liked it better the next day than when it was fresh.

Food is okay, forgot my tomatoes though. Service is pretty quick and nice. The decor is 100% hippie themed, but that's okay.

It was nice and comfy the service could have been a little better. The food was very plain. My husband said it taste like food for a nursing home lol.

Great food and service. Moderate prices but very much worth it. I just wish they had more locations

Ninja Express - Two sweet potato rolls (tempura inside)

My wife and I used to love this place. We started eating there during the ending of covid…read moresituations and the food was great. The egg rolls were amazing. Large and stuffed with veggies and fried crispy without being greasy....alas this has apparently changed. We went there today and got our usual orders (toss, and sweet and sour with yum yum sauce for my wife's rice) the egg rolls were tiny and very greasy with a very strong fish taste. The fried rice was bland and flavorless with next to no veggies, egg, or anything. My general tsos despite the sauce being a decent flavor was dry and stringy, and just this side of inedible. Was definitely not worth 30 freaking bucks. How the mighty ninja has fallen

We were promptly waited on by friendly staff who brought our food to our table. The restaurant has a nicely sized menu and will even make things and not listed. Their peanut avocado rolls are good as well as the avocado asparagus rolls they made for me that weren't a listed option. The more affordable avocado rolls are my favorite rolls. Their miso soup is good, but my absolute favorite is the vegetable tempura here. The sweet potato, broccoli, mushroom, onion, and peppers? are all good, but I could make a meal out of nothing but an entire tray of the zucchini. The person I dined with has gotten a salmon bento box both times. Cold bottled drinks are available in a cooler. I'm not sure if their fountain drinks are in working order but was told their fountain water didn't taste good at all. They also do not have any ice. Halloween spider webs complete with fake spiders are still hanging in May, and the tables and glass doors could use a bit more cleaning. If you dine in, your food is still usually in semi to go fashion but on a tray. I've been able to request containers and a bag as well as chopsticks. Being in an old former fast food building with a few flaws including a handwritten sign on the blank drive thru menu, it's nothing fancy and probably not where I'd go for a special occasion. However, the food is really good, and the prices are reasonable, so it fills the need for Japanese food in an area where there are few dining options. I believe they also have Chinese food on the menu and that the people here are from China. Dine in and take out are both available. You can even opt for pickup at the drive thru window. I'm assuming you would call ahead for that. There is some seating outside on the front patio. I am particularly fond of the booths where I can view the mostly red wall mural containing many cats in the artwork. Despite being somewhat of a hole in the wall, the food does meet or exceed what I have had elsewhere. It's fast yet made with care. It's a great option for vegetarians and vegans - something not easily found around here. I'm sure I'll return when I'm in Wabash and need an avocado roll and tempura fix.

I lived nearly half my life in Arizona and California, where they know how to make good Mexican food. The food at Habanero was the blandest Mexican food I have ever encountered. Located in an industrial district, I wasn't too surprised when I pulled up after 7 one evening and it was fairly quiet. "Probably does most of its business during lunches," I thought. The hostess greeted me quickly and, when I asked if they had a bar area, she ushered me to it and I took a seat at the bar. I should probably have taken a clue from the fact that dirty glasses were clustered at the end of the bar, and there were neither bartender nor other patrons in sight. The other dinner patrons were in the dining room. Chips and salsa came quickly, followed by my bartender who took my order for a house Margarita, on the rocks. "Would you like salt or sugar with that?" should have been my second clue. Sugar? On a Margarita? The chips needed salt, but fair enough. Lots of people are watching their salt, and that was easily remedied. The salsa, though, tasted more like pureed tomatoes, lacking any kind of discernable heat. Strike one. The Margarita was also a disappointment: watery and weak. Though she poured the mix from a jug, it's not uncommon to prepare a large batch of mix early in the day and add tequila just before service, but that was not the issue here. Flavor and any punch from the tequila were conspicuously absent. Strike two. For my solid food, I ordered a chili relleno, my litmus test of a good Mexican place. While delivered quickly and piping hot temperature-wise, the sauce had an unusual sweetness to it while the poblano pepper had no. Heat. Whatsoever. Strike three. When I stood up, signaling that I was ready to leave, the server simply said, "You're ready for your check?" My Margarita was only about one-third gone, and I'd only taken a few bites of my relleno. An astute restaurant professional would have noticed that very little had been eaten and would have asked if everything was all right. It wasn't, but they either didn't notice or knew not to ask. A good four- or five-star experience - even after a single visit - will encourage repeat visits and a positive review will encourage others to try the establishment. A one-star experience, especially when it's the first visit, will not inspire the patron to give the place a second chance, and a review based on that single experience will likely have a chilling effect. Sorry to be "that guy," but I won't be back.
