    If I could give negative stars I would…read more The salesman Greg Haman was extremely unprofessional and lacked basic respect throughout my visit. I felt talked down to, my questions were brushed off, and the overall attitude was dismissive. Honestly, it felt like I wasn't being taken seriously because I'm a woman. This wasn't my first bad experience here either. About a year ago, I used their service department for a two-year lease vehicle, and they repeatedly tried to push unnecessary services and add-ons. It felt dishonest and aggressive, and I never went back to their service department after that. Between the sales and service experiences, this dealership has shown a clear lack of professionalism and respect. In the end, I drove two hours to Saginaw and bought the exact car I wanted with no issues and far better treatment. That should say everything. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone expecting honesty, respect, or fair treatment.

The most frustrating part of this experience is that I have not even had the vehicle in my possession for nearly one full year because it has repeatedly been in the shop for repairs. A vehicle is a major investment, and customers should be able to depend on both the product and the support behind it. After a year of ongoing problems and being without my car, this situation has been extremely inconvenient and frustrating. I truly hope the company takes responsibility and works toward a fair solution for customers experiencing long-term unresolved vehicle issues.
