History
Established in 2000.
HARTZ Physical Therapy was founded in 2000 by physical therapist Brian Hartz with a simple mission: deliver truly patient-centered care without the rushed, high-volume model common in healthcare. What started as one small clinic in Lititz has grown into a family-owned practice with multiple locations across Lancaster County, built on one-on-one treatment, long-term therapist–patient relationships, and a strong commitment to community involvement. Over the years, HARTZ PT has earned national recognition—including awards from the APTA and WebPT—for its positive impact, personalized care model, and deep engagement with the local community, while remaining proudly independent and grounded in small-town values.
Meet the Manager: Daulton R.
Daulton began his time with HARTZ PT in the Ephrata office under Dave’s leadership which allowed him to learn from one of our best mentors. In his time as the Clinic Director of the Lancaster-East office, he has successfully created a calm, cool environment in which patients and co-workers can thrive.
Daulton is energized when working with active patients especially athletes and enjoys helping them get back to the things they love doing and their sport. He has a passion for educating his patients regarding their injuries and promotes active participation in their rehabilitation in order to prevent future recurrence.
