They did numerous parts of my Mustang and it looks amazing and perfect. It's a 2012, and I was really concerned about them having so many things to repair and about the paint matching. Everything looks perfect. The paint matches perfectly. I took it to an informal car show last night to show it off. I added photos, but the color looks different. Parking on the street takes it's toll on a car's bumpers, and when a nearby accident resulted in one of the cars involved hitting mine I found myself in the situation where a 3rd party's insurance company was asking me if I had a body shop I wanted to work with. My mechanic recommended Hart's and from my first call to Laurie they were great to work with including dealing with that insurance company. I figured that since the car was already there that I'd take care of some of the other damage the car had and they gave me a very reasonable quote. Darn deer! Ran right into the side of my car. There was a lot of damage behind the bumper along with the lights and bumper itself. Harts was amazing. I came to Hart's on the recommendation of a friend. They were outside of my insurance network, which gave me access to fewer perks offered by the insurance company. Having my work done here was well worth it. Laurie was awesome to work with. She got me in same day for an estimate. She was accurate and honest, and communicates well. Told me to plan on 6 business days. She communicated by email as to progress and had the car ready in 5 days. She set me at east as far as working with the differing estimate from my insurance company and took care of all supplemental estimates directly with them. Alex (and team?) did great work and even pointed out some important mechanical issues that I am having checked out now at the mechanic. These guys are honest, direct and really good at what they do. Took my car here to get fixed, they had my car for over six weeks just to get my car back with the wheel making a loud noise when driving and shaking. The other work they did on my car was faulty, I had to take my car to another shop to get a second opinion on the work that was done by Harts and my car ended up being totaled out even after all the "work" they did to it. I paid my $500 deductible to the shop and didn't even have a car to show for it at the end of the day. Would have gave them 0 stars if I could. read more

I was so amazed at the new car look when I picked up my car...when it was dropped off, the entire back bumper was torn off resulting in a demolition vehicle appearance. Laurie and their repairman could not have been nicer as the coordination of dropping the car off and getting a rental could not have been easier. Outstanding customer service and work! Our new (only 660 miles on it!) GMC truck hit a deer and damaged the front end of the car. As you can imagine, having a brand new truck with thousands of dollars of damage to it is disheartening to say the least. We had the sinking feeling that it would never be "right" but we took it to Hart's Collision and they did an AMAZING job of making the truck 100%. These people are the absolute rudest I have ever met! Lisa, I believe attacked me because she in her own words, didn't know what a sensor was and claimed I undermined her 15 yrs of services. Well, Lisa, Google G37X window regulator sensor & tell me how right I am, then call me and apologize for the abusive behavior towards a paying customer. It's exactly right where I said it was, driverside tire area. If I could upload a pic I would. The way you and Alex spoke to me for no other reason than pure ego, is unprofessional and tacky. You lied about doing work that wasn't done, you hung up on me when I attempted to try resolve any miscommunication, and you brought my family into matters. I have your contradictory vm's you left as well, smh! Bad business 101 Oh, and I contacted my insurance company and they never received any estimate from you which is what you were supposed to do. I recently filed an insurance claim for my car, I was upset that my car got hit and now I had to go through this process. My uncle had some work done by Hart's not too long ago, had a good experience and was very happy with their work. Upon talking with Laurie, I booked an appointment and they were able to get my car in quickly and work around my schedule. When I went to pick up my car I was pleasantly surprised as it looked as though there was no damage to begin with. My car was washed, tires cleaned and buffed. IT looked GREAT! The owner went above and beyond to fix a TINY chip that I noticed (which the insurance company did not cover). He made sure that I was happy with the end result and took the car back and fixed a MINOR, MINOR chip that I noticed (I have OCD and am very particular) and did it that day. I'm very happy that I chose Hart's instead of going to the dealership! Hart's stayed within the estimate provided by my insurance, superb quality of work and went above and beyond to make sure that I was beyond happy with the end result. After choosing to go with a shop recommended by my insurance company, I immediately received a call from Laurie explaining the repair process and letting me know they could get my car in quickly for repairs. When dropping my car off I met Alex, he was extremely friendly and gave me a ride to get my rental car. The repairs were done quickly and I am extremely happy with the results. The quality of work was excellent, they even detailed the inside of my car for me before I picked it up. This is a small family owned business and I highly recommend them.
