After pointing that out to the employee, she claimed it was not torn by the cleaners and blamed me for negligence. Obviously I was not taking the responsibility and demanded the shirt be repaired. Between April and July, I went to the store to pick-up the shirt six times. With each visit, the incompetent employees provided me with a different excuse as to why the shirt wasn't ready. The excuses include: 1. The shirt was in the back, overlooked, and placed back onto garment conveyer 2. The the owner hasn't been in the shop to look at the shirt to decide who is at fault 3. The owner said it's not our fault 4. The owner said he will do a courtesy repair 5. The shirt was just picked up for repair (this was mid-June). I asked the employee to call when the shirt was ready because after five unsuccessful visits, it seemed that was the least they could do right? Well, I did not receive a phone call. Again, incompetent employees taking leadership from incompetent owners. Finally, over three months later, I have the shirt, and the rip they were supposed to fix looks exactly the same. The employee claims the owner was supposed to call and of course he never did. They tried to provide me with a $20 credit, but there is no way I'd ever take my clothes there again. I'd give this dry cleaners zero stars if that was an option. What I can do is warn others about this horrible experience. If you care about your clothes, get them dry cleaned elsewhere.

Hard to say, but they were the only ones mucking around with the 220 outlet) We had a family emergency with my brother being gravely injured in an accident so I was not able to get an electrician in until November. I needed a new breaker, and an electrician came out and repaired it. When I called Michigan Appliance Repair to come back out, I was advised that since it was over 30 days I would need to start over with a new call and that the part had been sent back. I then asked for a refund for the part and was told, it was over 30 days and they wouldn't do that. (given they sent the part back, I'm pretty sure they didn't pay for it.) Someone was supposed to call me back, and I've left a message, and have not heard a word. (Note- this is not my legal name on this account, just return the calls you owe people and you'll get to me.) I decided that the company was not acting in a reputable manner and called another local repairman to come in. He was just here. When he took the dryer apart, he saw the wire for the heating element was not plugged in. He also said that he saw where they put the wrong size fuze and replaced it with a thermostat. He also replaced one of the wheels in the dryer that was sticking a little. My total was $168. And my dryer works. So. My problem was misdiagnosed, I did not need a board I was charged for and was told that I would have to "start over" and all my money was not to be refunded. I am certain that I will be told "it's over 30 days and you should have taken care of all this sooner." However with a brother with a traumatic brain injury and mother with dementia, the dryer had to take the back seat of priorities for a few months. If I could give a lower rating I would.

They shorted me on a bunch of roses, they substituted cheap spring flowers instead of choosing flowers of comparable price in the correct color scheme, they apparently didn't have the fall leaves or the berries... it's ridiculous. Looks nothing like the photo. If you can't fulfill the Teleflora order, then reject it. Don't take it and then scam someone out of what they paid for. This is absolutely egregious. Because we ordered it to be delivered to ourselves for our dinner table, we knew what was ordered and what to expect. But I immediately went to leave a review after calling Teleflora, because potential customers should know... if you're paying a premium to send a generous gift of flowers to someone you care about, do not use this shop. Beauchamps installation people are untrustworthy, sloppy, do a poor job, and leave the house a mess. The sale person said they have 'master plumbers'. The installation person laughed when I mentioned that to him. He said he wish he was a master plumber. Beauchamps has to hire pretty much anywho they can get to get the job done as quickly as they can and hope customer standards are low. They will always be rushed, in a hurry, and learning as they go. They have NO pride in their work. For that, your installation will be sloppy and compromised ! Sales talk a good a talk but you don't see the full picture until installation shows up. Then it's too late. Goto any location and see if you like what you see. The people you will have to deal with when something goes wrong. Think about it and don't be in a hurry to buy. It's a big investment. Don't go for the modern store look as it's all show. Go for those that are honest and will be there for you when something goes wrong. We came back three more times for the repair person to then claim that the water damage was the cause of the broken camera despite the fact that the camera was working before both the first and second repairs and, once again, no evidence that water had damaged the camera in any way.
