Much better pizza than I expected from a gas station! I also find that the staff here is usually in a good mood and very friendly.

If I could give zero stars I would. I made excuses for the lousy pharmacy service here for a long…read moretime. First I blamed it on Covid, which was valid, and then I tried to understand that they were understaffed, which they were. So when I would try to reach the pharmacy by phone and all I got was hold messages followed by having my call disconnected, I was irritated but tried to remain understanding. When they were closed during regular business hours, it was an issue, but I continued to make excuses. I was hoping things would improve. The drive-up window is one of the big reasons I have stayed with Walgreens for my prescriptions. It made it much easier for me with my health issues, to pop by on a break from work and grab my prescriptions. Except it progressively keeps taking longer and longer to get waited on there, even when no one else is in the drive-up line. Today after the two cars in front of me got frustrated and took off, I pulled out of line and decided to go in, expecting a line inside as well. Nope. Not one customer. I walked up to the window and had my prescription in 2 minutes flat. I couldn't for the life of me figure out why neither of the people working behind the registers hadn't seen fit to give service to the drive-up, but as soon as I walked up to the registers inside both of them were ready to help me. Are drive-up customers not considered important? We still pay for our prescriptions. If you can't get your workers to service the drive-up window than discontinue it, rather than letting people sit in line out there forever wasting gas. I think I've about reached my limit of excuses at this point and will be looking for another pharmacy to fill my prescriptions.

Went to this pharmacy because it was nearby. I asked to speak to the pharmacist ( a middle aged woman) to ask for advise on what to buy to help me with my sore throat. After a short wait, instead of taking me to a private part of the counter like our pharmacist does here in Laval, she nodded her head at me as to say ( what do you want). From behind where she was. I said " here?" She clicked her tongue in disgust and moved to another spot. I was feeling quite poorly so I didn't sass her at all. She answered me short tempered that I had a cold and a sore throat that there was no magic pill. I just had to wait it out. She did not advise me on anything to help the coughing or sore throat. What a bad reflection on Walgreens. The one star goes to a female clerk lady in her sixty's who helped me find what I needed before I left. Btw I know now, it's a laryngitis!

PLEASE NOTE: This review is specifically for the pharmacy…read more I continue to appreciate this pharmacy and currently I *super* appreciate the drive-through window. Also, I like: 1. Their automated system. I know this is a little thing, but it's so nice to know that I never need to check-in on those recurring prescriptions to make sure they've actually gone through. I get texts letting me know when things are ready, and phone calls from real people if I don't come in within a few days past when they can see my prescription has run out. If they do have to restock my prescription because I totally flaked and didn't come in, it takes just minutes for them to put the order back together. 2. The people who work. Time and time again I've seen them demonstrate patience, responsibility and respectfulness, and going the little extra mile with their regulars (to really get to know them and work with them). I've never been upsold, I've never been talked down to, and my privacy has always been taken very seriously. Whenever a concern comes up, I know I can talk to the pharmacist and get a real answer from a real person. I said it before, and I'll say it again: I know that pharmacies aren't necessarily the sexiest or coolest things in the world to a) talk about or b) go to, but everybody needs them. And THIS is the place in town that's going to keep you sane and healthy so you can go do all those sexy, cool things you want to do! (SIDE NOTE: In the warmer weather there's a terrible infestation of wasps under the eaves at the entrance. Do not park on this side of the lot!)
