Yesterday we were at a site down the road from 1st stop so I ran in to grab something for lunch…read more They have so many options and and alot are pre-made so you can grab and go. I checked out the pizza first and they had 2 styles ready, a regular slice and a French bread style pizza. I saw various sandwiches and subs and burgers and then I saw ham cheese and bacon. Yup bacon got my attention so I grabbed it and headed up to pay. I think it cost like $6.50 once it rang up. I was hoping it'd be good but I was surprised once I opened it to see so much bacon. Today we went back in at lunch break and I grabbed another one and it was just as good as yesterday, just as much bacon. Eric grabbed mozzarella sticks and a ready to go steak and cheese sub. I stole a mozzarella stick and it had the nice crunch before you get the milky pop from the cheese inside. With the 1 mozzarella stick and 1/2 the ham cheese and bacon sandwich I was full and pretty happy. Whoever is cooking there is definitely doing a great job and they have 3 registers, 1 just for food and drinks but the cashiers are very nice and friendly. Definitely worth the stop and I'll be going there again the next time we're at a site nearby

Eric wanted a small tuna with lettuce and onions salt/pepper and I got a small chicken salad and sandwich with lettuce. He said it would be a minute (finished up burgers on Texas toast) and I went hunting for drinks. I dropped them at the counter with Sue (cashier) and went back to the food counter to wait. Now Chris was hustling at the food counter alone and Sue was at the register alone and she was busy between cashing everyone out, refilling various condiments for the pre-made sandwiches and salads but I could hear others talking from the office. 3 other employees sitting in the office chatting away with each other and doing nothing. I honestly felt bad for the 2 busting it out front. Here comes Eric's sandwich and omg it looked delicious . I was ALMOST bummed I hadn't ordered it but then came my chicken salad looking just as yummy. After paying I headed to the site to eat and WOW it was good. $6.99 for a small chicken salad sandwich which could have easily fed me twice (fed me and the dog and still could've eaten it again later if there wasn't mayo on it) but it was scrumptious. I'd definitely order again if Chris was behind the food counter
