Having said that, I can also say medically they are also top notch which is really one of the rmost important parts of choosing a dental office. You don't have to worry about that here. I have seen both Dr. Lim and Dr. G, and both are excellent doctors. The staff is also fabulous from the front desk (very friendly!) to the nurses that are so caring and gentle as much as the doctors are. Julie is my hygienist and she is very gentle and thorough. I have to go three times a year due to my teeth and letting my fears keep me from visiting a dentist for 10 years so I see her a lot! Trust me! You do not want to do that. I have issues we are fixing now and I could not have asked for a better place to do it. Thank you Silverdale dentist for all you do and your top notch medical care. I appreciate you.

Ayesha and the rest of the team have been outstanding and have settled any worries I had before coming in. They set up an initial gameplan and week by week sorted out each issue starting with the most pressing. I will continue to use Bloomfield Ave as my dentist in the future and would confidently recommend them to anyone.

I had a cleaning done by excellent hygienist. She was apologetic for having to work so hard on my teeth but honestly no one had done such a thorough job before. I had my prior X-rays sent over and they were able to upload it without issue. Dr Paola was nice and professional. I was able to qualify for their smile program for free teeth whitening. Came back to get trays custom fit and overall had excellent experience. Billing just as I expected. Will definitely return here again.

Tara was incredibly helpful from the beginning, coordinating my son's care with his orthodontist and clearly explaining the transition from our former dentist. She was also completely transparent about insurance, billing, and costs, providing everything in writing and by email so both my husband and I understood exactly what to expect. Dr. Basani is phenomenal. She took time to speak with me before my son's appointment, carefully explained every option, and shared what she would do for her own child. She is compassionate, gentle, and has an exceptional bedside manner. My son said he felt absolutely nothing during treatment and, for the first time, left the dentist happier than when he arrived. Dr. Basani reassured him that his hygiene was excellent and that the issue was simply related to how his tooth was growing in. He never felt frightened or blamed. About a week before the appointment, the front desk called and asked if we could move our appointments to 11:00 AM. I told them that wouldn't work for us, and they said that was fine. During the same phone call, I specifically asked the receptionist to confirm that both my wife and I were still scheduled for 10:00 AM on June 27, because I wanted to make sure we weren't accidentally booked on different dates. The receptionist clearly confirmed that both appointments were at 10:00 AM. However, when we arrived today, I was called in for my cleaning first. After I finished, I noticed my wife was still sitting in the waiting room. When I asked why she hadn't been called, the front desk told us that she wasn't scheduled for today at all and that her appointment was supposedly next month. We were completely confused because we showed them the appointment confirmation text message, which clearly stated June 27 at 10:00 AM. Even after seeing the confirmation, the receptionist simply said they didn't know why it happened. This is extremely unprofessional. It appears that this office changed my wife's appointment without notifying us. This isn't even the first time they've tried to change our appointment--they had previously called asking to reschedule, but we declined. Somehow, despite that, they still ended up separating our appointments without our knowledge. We planned our schedules around these appointments and booked them six months in advance, only to have one of them changed without any notice. This shows a serious lack of organization and respect for patients' time. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this dental office.
