At checkout I specifically and clearly requested to pay the full charges and be reimbursed by my insurance, asking that NO assignment of benefits be made (nothing entered on the assignment line of the claim). The woman who checked me out did not respond to my request except to smile and nod her head. She told me I owed $292 which I paid without question (I should have known it was too low to be the total). There was no indication that she didn't understand or could not honor my request. I confirmed they were filing electronically and asked for a copy of the claim. I found she had assigned benefits to their office and I had paid only my portion. The total was over $500. This was in direct opposition to my request with no explanation. That was on 4/10/26. To date, 5/18, the claim still has not been filed with my insurance company. Secondly, I requested that my records be sent to my out-of-state dentist of 20 yrs as I wanted them to have all my records. I filled out an authorization form, gave it to Millie at the front desk in person, but nothing was sent. When I called to find out why no records were sent, she denied I had personally handed the form to her the previous day! This was absolutely untrue and I was stunned. She claimed she did not have it and I had to fill out another form. Then they only sent the pdf of my x-rays, not the preferred digital images, and without the treatment plan. The claim filing error and Millie denying I gave her the authorization form are Issues that do not generate trust. I have never had such an experience at any dental or medical office before. They don't seem to have anyone in charge, such as an office manager, although they have 8 or 9 people at the front desk. I will have to decide whether to continue with this practice.

For the record, I wasn't being casual or disrespectful. I didn't shorten her name or use a nickname. I simply used the name she gave me. Titles don't change my attitude toward a person. What matters is whether a professional listens, communicates clearly, and respects the patient's needs. Being corrected over a title, before anyone even asked why I was there, felt unnecessary and set the wrong tone. I was also concerned about the cost -- nearly $2,100 without dental insurance -- and I was trying to understand what was essential and what could wait. Instead of addressing my questions or the reason for my visit, the focus stayed on their standard workflow. This interaction reflects a larger problem in healthcare: too often, caregivers prioritize procedures over patient needs, leaving patients feeling they have no options except to comply. There is nothing wrong with earning money, but there is something wrong with recommending procedures the patient does not need immediately. A healthcare visit should begin with one simple step: ask the patient what they need. That never happened here. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this practice.

Dr. Fingeret's office is pristine, welcoming, and doing great work during the pandemic. Every team member is thoughtful and quick, and the appointments almost always run on time. I know some folks get severe dental anxiety. I find going to the dentist relaxing, but if you suffer from said nervousness, this office is the place to be. Relaxing music, accommodating hygienists, and a calm doctor who always looks out for his patients. Dr. Fingeret is a genuinely caring doctor, and he doesn't put his patients through more stress or dental work than absolutely needed for a healthy smile. If you're one for consistency, I can say I'm always in the same exact exam and cleaning room, which may be a coincidence, but appreciated none the less. The parking situation is great, and the location is beautiful, right in the heart of historic Newtown. After your appointment, stroll next door for some ice cream or walk down the block to check out the many shops and small businesses on the main drag.

My SECOND root canal with Bash. *Came to Dr. Bash for tooth…read morepain in right upper molar (tooth #2). *He looked at the tooth and tapped on it. He said " you need a root canal on this tooth, but I think we should pull it and get you dentures as we have discussed." *I told him, " please stop talking about me getting dentures!!!! " I said, if possible, I want to save a good tooth" He continued to talk about dentures which was upsetting to me. I then told him I had contacted Simply Beautiful Smiles and was seeing Dr. Bunin in Langhorne on February 9th ( he is a prosthodontist for Simply Beautiful Smiles). *He then said, "Oh! I don't know about that guy! He has worked at 8 different offices." I told him he is a prosthodontist who specializes in restorative dentistry. I also reiterated that he stop talking about " getting me in dentures". * there was an older gentleman on the other side of partition whose daughter or care taker brought in. * Dr. Bash walked around the partition to talk to this patient he was treating simultaneously. I heard Dr. Bash say to this patient " this tooth needs a root canal, but I think we should pull it and let me make you denture or implant". *Dr. Bash came back to me and began injecting anesthesia . The injections were given very forcefully and quickly ( I had NEVER experienced injections like this.).. all my other numerous dentists had always injected my mouth extremely slow and usually waited a minute or two before injecting again. As he continued these rapid and forceful injections I felt extreme fear and pain. I could not understand why he was being so rough as I had never ever experienced this with any dentist before. He continued with procedure and stopped to inject me with a few more extremely rough fast injections. I felt a horrible electrical shock- like feeling during this round of injections along with stabbing and intense pain and started crying. He said, Toni, if you don't knock it off, we are gonna have to stop!". I managed to calm myself as he proceeded. All of a sudden, I felt a horrific fire like sensation throughout my the right side of my face, ear and jaw. I began screaming loudly. Dr. Bash immediately walked around to the other side of petition. I was left alone screaming in pain. NO ONE CAME TO MY AID!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I sat screaming for close to 5 minutes and no one helped me, touched me or told me what was happening! Dr. Bash's pet dog was jumping on my stomach. This dog smelled very bad and I managed to scream " please get the dog off me". Eventually, the dental assistant removed the dog from my lap without a word to me. Dr. Bash was nowhere in site. No one offered me assistance or any aid as I sat screaming. I saw Dr. Bash come from around the partition where he was also treating the older man who came in at the same time I did. After a minimum of 5 minutes since the burning pain began,Dr. Bash came to me and removed the rubber dam, looked at my mouth and said " you have to get to the ER!" I was still screaming and crying, again, no one offered any help or told me what was happening. I texted a friend ( Fred Saldutti) who picked me up and drove me to Doylestown Hospital ER. * I was screaming and in a fetal position upon arrival to ER....the pain was beyond anything I had ever experienced. I was immediately put on IV decadron, dilaudid and antibiotics. * After 3 injections of dilaudid, I was able to be taken to receive a CT scan. * I was admitted to ICU on February 5th at approximately 8PM. I have a " suspected " connective tissue disorder and it was written all over my files. I have been to many dentists, including bash and the suspected connective tissue has NEVER been an issue, yet bash told me on the phone " I just squirted a little bleach in there" " I believe it's your connective tissue disorder." That's pure, unadulterated lies and psychological gaslighting of a patient who put their lives in this man's hands". I still have severe TM, lost a total of 4 teeth, due to Dr. Bash. The horror show became exponentially worse, due to the steroids and fluoroquinolne antibiotics. I suffered severe and disabling iatrogenic injury, due to Dr. Bash. I lost my business, every single penny to my name, trying to heal from the devestation. I called Dr. Bash and asked if he could pay half of my medical bills ( I accrued 65,000 dollars in medical bills ). He hung up on me and a few moments later called me back, which in my eyes is a sign of guilt. I told him that if he didn't help with my medical expenses from his carelessness, that I would write a review on yelp. He said " I have to talk to my attorney ". Approximately one week later, I received a frightening letter, full of insane lies, stating that if I wrote ANY reviews that they would call the AG. I have been contacted by at least 12 victims of Dr. Bash and there is no way, I can ( with a good conscience) allow this man to hurt others anymore,.
