She doesn't care about her patient, my grown son who has learning disabilities . He was left with…read moreher lies and 6 teeth! She told him he would get dentures. After she sent him to an oral surgeon to remove his teeth she told him his insurance won't cover dentures bc their not medically necessary! Bullshit! She got all the money she can from him and won't stand up for him with the insurance company. He can't eff'n chew food! His speech which is already an issue is worse now. Lying quack!!!!! You're a horrible person to do such a horriblr thing to someone! Especially to someone disabled!

Negative stars if possible. My dental cleaning took 18 minutes. Yes, 18. As someone who went to…read moreschool for dental assistance I'm well aware of how long this should take. I was rushed and actually experienced discomfort for the first time ever at the dentist. I have very good dental hygiene so there was nothing that difficult about my cleaning. I was actually hurt during this rushed process and was nearly gas lit into getting xrays when I know I've had them done in the past 7 months. Not to mention my top left quadrant was not polished but i did not say anything because i needed to get out of the chair. I don't care if the front desk girl called out that is not grounds for malpractice. I'm beyond livid and disgusted. My husband and son both had positive experiences here but will not be returning as I do not trust this woman with my child's care. I've attached a photo so it can be seen what was done to me with a basic cleaning!!!!! With no visible cavities I was told. It was an assembly line and I've never been more disturbed. I guess you can never go there when they are behind or you'll play 90 dollars for a hack job.

Despite the delay in scheduling the extraction of a fractured molar due to the illness of the oral…read moresurgeon on the original appointment date, when the hour finally arrived over one month later I was pleased overall with the experience. Two visits were required. First, a two minute evaluation with the surgeon to allow him a visual check on my condition, and to briefly discuss the appropriate anesthesia (local or general) for the procedure. My cracked and partially missing tooth was fairly straight forward, so we agreed that a local would be sufficient. Two months later on the appointed day, I appeared a few minutes early in case there was paperwork, although I had submitted the dentist's information before the first appointment. Still, there appeared to be a lack of coordination between the front desk and the part time surgical team (including surgeon), so I sat in the waiting room for 40 minutes being ignored by the staff until the surgical assistant wondered where I was and why I hadn't been sent back to their small work area in back. Turned out, there were a bit more questions to answer, which I completed quickly. Shortly, the surgeon came in and began sedating my gums around the tooth to be removed. He injected a lot of numbing agent and it took a while for it to do its job. He returned a third time with one more shot for good measure and went after the broken soldier with a dental pliers. He torqued and yanked and pulled and had that bad boy out in about two minutes. I had to ask if it was extracted and was pleased when he was affirmative. Not completely painless, but so fast that I had no complaints. I was out of the chair and preparing to leave just a few minutes later. The assistant gave me a bag with gauze, ice bag and written directions to take home. It would have been more comprehensive had she explained everything I should be doing, such as to take ibuprofen and Tylenol Extra Strength as soon as I got home before the local anesthetic wore off, and how to use the gauze and ice pack, but luckily I read the instructions and avoided any problems. 24 hours later and I am without pain, nor bleeding and haven't needed the ice pack for swelling. All good. Still careful what I eat, and admit to a mild brain fog from the remains of the anesthesia in my system. Four Surgical Stars for the folks who took care of me well. Two Uncoordinated Stars for the lack of same between the front desk and the surgical crew.

If I could give less stars, I would. This office is a complete disgrace. They have their dentist…read moredrill the tooth and have the assistant finish the work , which left me with a complete uneven tooth and extreme pain. I had to return to the office multiple times then after 3+ weeks was told that they don't do emergency visits which pretty much every Dentist Office offers. (If they care about their patients and want to fix what they messed up . I the. was told that they think it may be a rootcanal and to go somewhere else , they didn't even want me to come in and get an x-ray to confirm it basically just didn't want to fix the tooth that they messed up and I was told they don't do root canals. Avoid this office at all cost if you want good work and good patient care. Their website states that they offer emergency visits and that they do root canals and they do not.
