Called again over two weeks after that and spoke with a man who said he was (either) an owner or manager. I explained that I had two of his employees come out to my house but hadn't received an estimate. Well, he was not really rude, but he went off on how they were working and working "every day of the week " and he had seen the guy who came out to the house working on estimate and again they never had a day off all they did was work.. and etc. Since I was a potential customer (for a very expensive job) I was just taken aback at complaints about too much work when there are millions out of work. I remember thinking that he should hire more people! Also to bitch to a potential customer?? Bad business practice. I decided to wait until they called me as I had called back twice. After all, I then said (to myself) that I'm not going to chase someone so I can give you tons of money. I never got a quote or was contacted.

October 1 and still not even gave an estimate to me. I ran a successful business for over 50 years an no a shady business person when I meet one. He made a thorough review of the entire deck and recommended only those areas that needed to be repaired or replaced. This was after he gave the deck an entire power wash to uncover those places that were covered by the dirt and grime that built up over 40+ years. Color wise It looked brand new after he completed that phase. Bottom line ... Eric is very responsible, courteous and very concerned about doing a perfect job. He has many areas of expertise when it comes to repairing, replacing etc any and all projects you may have. In addition his charges for the work I had done was very reasonable. Overall I will not hesitate to call Erichs Handyman Service in the future. As a matter of fact, I have already set up time in the fall to have him return to seal my deck.

There are no bellies in the line to be concerned about and the joints are holding together correctly. I was even told how deep my lateral is in the ground. It runs 16' deep by the time it reaches the edge of my front lawn. No way frost can cause any issues with that pipe. He just saved me $20k, based on a quote from another company. Here's what you need to know when you call All Things Sewer and Drain Care. First, you'll reach Paul, the owner, who is incredibly professional with his pricing and the work he does. When we spoke on the phone he let me know what the cost would be for the first hour and then additional costs after that. During the whole process of scoping and jetting the lateral he kept me informed. I now have a video showing the condition of my sewer lateral on my laptop as a reference. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is in need of having their sewer lateral cleaned and inspected.
