Buyer Beware!!! I purchased a 2017 Porsche Cayenne this past November. I have only put 3400 miles on it since it was purchased. The car now needs a new motor at a cost of $6000 to $8000. While the car was still within the warranty period 3000 miles/3 months, I spoke with the service department multiple times concerning excessive oil consumption. They told me not to worry about as it is normal, and refused to check into it. I now have a useless vehicle that I paid almost $17,000.00 for. The dealership refuses to assist me in anyway.. telling its not there problem. However, after talking with them for over a week, they knew I was driving well over an hour to see the car, which was supposedly in great shape without any body issues, just a car with high miles. I took off work to see the car, and I showed up to a car that had rust under the paint and scratches all over the bumper. The salesmen could have been straight with me, but that wasn't the case. If these were this easy to pick out in under two minutes, what would 10 minutes prove or a couple of months? about 1 hour After I left the not-so-good review, on Google Al The salesman I dealt with sent me a nice text. It Said "Thanks for the BS (not spelled BS) Review. Happy Holidays" I wasn't going to name names, but if you still wish to deal with them please try to avoid Al. I purchased a vehicle from them and I literally have driven the car three times less than 30 miles and the engine light has come on all three times. The main man there Al has referred to me as bro, told me not to take a personal and told me that he'll pray for me because they will not take the car back even though they cannot fix it. I bought a 2017 Infinity Q50 from Harrison auto and wish I hadn't. They are lying thieves. I am stuck on the side of the road hundreds of miles from home because I chose Harrison auto. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. They lied directly to my face knowing I would be transporting small children in this junk. This rating should really be 4.5 stars, not 4. My husband found an SUV on the website @Harrison Auto Sales, so I contacted them & Al returned my call within the hour. I told him what we were interested in & we set up a date to go see it. Al kept in touch with me in the meantime sending me videos of the vehicle & letting me know that it was still available. My husband, Kids & I went on the 45 min drive to Irwin to see & test drive the GMC. Al had it cleaned & waiting in the lot when we pulled up. From the moment we got out of the car whatever staff we came upon greeted us with a hello & can I help you. Al came out & was very respectful & we talked for a minute, then took the GMC for a test drive, it was nice, but we thought we heard something, it was faint so we weren't 100% sure while testing it. We decided to purchase it,....however on the way home we noticed noises again coming from underneath the vehicle, they were louder & more noticeable. I called Al immediately & explained what we heard, without hesitation he assured me, he would contact his serviceman Tim & get right back to me. Within 10 mins he called me back, stating we could bring the vehicle back to have service check it out & fix (repair) whatever the issues might be. Unfortunately, we got the GMC on Fri & could not return it until service opened up on Monday (8am). We dropped it off & Tim in service was so very nice to talk to, he was understanding of the situation & listened to us as we explained what we heard while driving home. Thankfully within a few hours we were able to pick it up. Although the 45 min trips to Irwin & back 6 times (down RT 30) were not the most comfortable drive & it was very much an inconvenience, esp with 2 young kids in the car. But having it fixed & NOT having to pay for the repairs was a bonus. After we picked up the GMC, my husband test drove it again and could tell right away the issues were addressed, Tim explained to my husband what they found and what was repaired. Later that night, I got a text message from Al, asking if everything was OK with the SUV & he apologized for the inconvenience & let us know that if we needed anything else to reach out. I know that when you purchase anything used, you always take a chance that something could be wrong, and you can't please everybody. All I can say is that Al & Tim were very professional with us. I know that our experience @Harrison Auto Sales was a good one (aside from having to take the car back for a repair that most likely should have been caught the first time by the service dept), the bottom line is/was they kept their word & did what they needed to do to make US the customer happy. Great place to buy a preowned car or truck. My wife had her heart set on a new Infiniti so after looking all over Auto Trader and only finding a few we decided to check out Harrison since they had a few different Infiniti models available. The Saturday we went was a surprisingly warm winter day so the lot was packed with customers. I had called a few hours earlier and spoke with Mike to see if the car she was interested in was still available. He said it was and I told him that we would be in that same day to see it. Once we arrive we walked though the lot looking at some of the available cars until we were helped. Once he was done with other customers Mike came out and asked what cars we were interested in. We told him we wanted to test drive the two Infinitis they had. One a small suv and one a small sedan. He seemed to have a slight attitude saying that we didn't have much time as they were closing at 3pm (never mind that on their website it says that they close at 4pm on Saturdays) We got into the suv and my wife fell in love immediately. It was up on a hill at the front of the dealership and a few vehicles had to be moved for my wife to take it on a test drive. We test drove the car first while they moved the other cars out so the suv could be brought out. She liked the car a lot. It had a upgraded sports package but, no GPS, plus it was the same color combination as her old car and she wanted something different. Once we returned she test drove the suv and the deal was sealed. She was in love. Not to mention, it was fully loaded and had every option she wanted. Mike made filling out the paper work a breeze. The following Saturday we returned to purchase the suv. Mike told us exactly what time to come so we wouldn't be rushed and had the car waiting inside all shined up and detailed. My wife even got a compliment for another customer about how clean her new car was. They then test drove her old car and appraised it for trade in. Mike went over the different extended warranties they offered and all of the options inside the car and how they worked. About an hour later we were on our way. My wife has been grinning ever since. My only complaint is that the car was not full of gas when we bought it. C'mon Mike! Even Hyundai fills the tank when you buy a car from them. I recently bought a BMW X3 from this dealership. I took delivery of the vehicle the same day that I went to look at it. The sale took barely over an hour. This seems like a very good dealership for preowned higher end vehicles. They have a large selection and I noticed that their service area was exceptionally clean and well organized. First time dealing with HARRISON AUTO SALES in IRWIN PA. I called on a low mileage 2014 Nissan GTR. Spoke with Brad and in the first five minutes of speaking to Brad I knew he was a straight shooter. We struck a deal that we were both were happy with. Then the baton was passed to Jodi who I later learned was Brad's wife. She made sure all paper work was in order and correct. Mind you I was in Chicago and I needed the GTR in NYC. I guess I asked one to many question about a car I was considering driving 2.5 hours for. I asked about the packages the Maxima has and to see the car fax, I was told to view the website as the full description is there. Didn't even use my name when responding, didn't provide the carfax, didn't answer what packages the car has, just the full description in on the website. I have bought many cars and typically sales folks can take 5 minutes to answer questions, instead of a 5 word response. Mike must have been really busy, to busy to try to make a sale. Don't buy a car here. I was sold a BMW with a ton of problems. The sales guy said the vehicle went through their shop. I insisted that my mechanic look at it before sale. He agreed. My mechanic found problem that would cost more than 1k to fix. Harrison Auto agreed to fix it. I assumed they did. 6 months later, same problem. Brought it to BMW and they said that the problem was not fixed properly. I was told by the sales guy that the car fax was clean. I asked about something I saw that appeared to be an accident. I was told that it was minor and not to worry. Since buying the car 9 months ago I have had to put more than 3k into it. I decided to trade it in yesterday and was only able to get half of what I paid Harrison for it because of a bad car fax. Three different deal ships have told me that the accident on the car fax is major and greatly devalues the car. Total loss on this car was 10k. read more

I got a great deal and no BS! I had bought a used 2011 535xi from a BMW dealership which was totaled shortly after I got it. Found a 2013 535xi MSport here and was able to purchase it very quickly since I needed a car ASAP. I was a little nervous buying such an expensive car from a "used car dealership". The car did required a repair on the passenger door lock which they had to order a part in for, which Mike (my sales guy) was very upfront about....but I needed the car right away, so I was told to come back when it was convenient for me and they would fix it. I called Mike up a few days later and they had the part in, so I brought it back and they fixed it...plus the outlets were not working, so they checked on that too and ended up replacing a fuse. I have nothing but great things to say about Mike and this place. They treated me good and kept their word....in fact, they went beyond even what I ever expected.
