This is a fabulous Harris Teeter located conveniently near 73 & 85; perfect for me because I come from Randleman and the commute is easy peasy. It's a much smaller store compared to Friendly Center but it has everything you need minus some of the hot & cold fresh food choices and the deli & bakery are significantly scaled down as well. The meat counter is top notch and the steaks & seafood we picked up all summer were fantastic. The cold shrimp cocktail with horseradish cocktail sauce is a great appetizer. I always find something delicious in the cheese section; whether it's Harris Teeter's own blue cheese block wrapped individually or fresh Gouda, Parmesan or fresh feta, they're all delicious and priced averagely. Don't forget to check out the wine and beer section as they usually have deals and specials. It's nice to see some of my favorite wines priced 2 for $10. I always find what I need, and if I can't, someone is usually happy to help or offers to find help. The store in general is always clean & well maintained; bathrooms are always attended to, also. The bakery did a great job on my sons 7th birthday cake so I was very impressed with that and I look forward to ordering some more custom items from the bakery. This has become my go to Harris Teeter grocery store since moving; so far so good. Thanks Harris Teeter!

Though the street name has changed, the location remains the same. This Harris Teeter has undergone quite a bit of renovation. An updated exterior, a pizza bar, a salad bar, and a Starbucks kiosk are among the many new additions to this store. Harris Teeter continues to offer an amazing selection of bread, cheeses, and deli meat. And if that wasn't enough, the store employs a talented sushi chef between the hours of 11a-7p to prepare fresh sushi and delicious hand rolls to satisfy our cravings. Shopping here feels more like a treat than an errand. I could peruse the well stocked, impossibly neat aisles for hours on end. Meat and produce are always fresh. Customer service has been exceptional every time I've visited. Team members go above and beyond to help you and you never have to wander off too far to locate an employee for assistance. The revamping of this Harris Teeter gives it an upscale, posh feel without the price tag. Yes, Harris Teeter tends to be a tad pricier than other supermarkets such as Food Lion or Walmart, but the shopping experience and product quality is much better and worth the additional cost. Like many Harris Teeter, this store is open 24 hours, which allows you to get your HT fix no matter what time of the day it is.

Look out for sale prices on meat items at the counter. They try to rip me off every time I purchase seafood on sale

Review of Pharmacist Conduct - Unprofessional and Disrespectful Behavior Randleman Road Greensboro…read moreNC #5593 As a licensed medical provider working with a nationwide medical clinic, I was deeply disappointed by the conduct of a pharmacist at this location. One of our patients returned to clinic after being refused her medication refill--despite presenting a printed prescription that was properly signed, included the physician's NPI number, and met all legal requirements. This method of issuing prescriptions is standard across hospitals and private practices nationwide, especially with the growing use of electronic medical record systems. I contacted the pharmacy directly to clarify and ensure the patient received the care she needed. Unfortunately, the pharmacist I spoke with was not only uncooperative, but outright rude and arrogant. I answered all of his questions respectfully, yet he continued to challenge my legitimacy as a provider. Shockingly, he even asked if I was "acting like a paramedic." For the record, I hold the appropriate medical degrees and have over 30 years of clinical experience. His behavior was unprofessional, dismissive, and inappropriate. Despite confirming that the prescription was for a non-controlled medication, he refused to fill it, asked the same questions repeatedly, questioned my authority without cause, and ultimately ended the call by saying, "Let's not waste any more time," before hanging up on me. This kind of behavior creates unnecessary barriers to care and disrespects both the provider and the patient. I was forced to redirect the prescription to a different pharmacy to ensure the patient received her medication without further delay. I have filed a formal complaint with the North Carolina Board of Pharmacy to ensure this incident is reviewed appropriately. Addendum: I asked the pharmacist for his full name, and he gave me an incorrect name--most likely to avoid being reported to the pharmacy board. I called the pharmacy again and asked a technician to provide his full name and correct spelling, but she refused and said she would connect me back to him. I explained I did not wish to speak with him again. On a third attempt, I asked for the store manager. The staff member who answered was kind and went to get the manager, but the manager also refused to provide the pharmacist's name, citing it as private information. This is incorrect. A pharmacist's name is public information--it appears on every prescription label and is listed on the state Board of Pharmacy website. I proceeded to file a formal complaint for disciplinary action with the board due to this pharmacist's unprofessional behavior and for obstructing a patient's access to care. If all of you who have had a negative experience would contact the NC Board of Pharmacy, this nonsense might get addressed properly. There are numerous reviews here regarding the same issue with this particular pharmacist. The pharmacist's name is Ylber (Ben) Rraci. License #: 29329
