I visit this location weekly and overall am very pleased. The store is always well stocked, clean, and has all of my regular items. They frequently run sales on a variety of items so it's easy to get a good deal on your groceries. I utilize their pick-up option very regularly which is extremely convenient. I also love that they offer fuel point for every dollar you spend in store you get one fuel point and for every 100 fuel points you get 10 cents off on gas. And on Fridays you get 4 times the points which I take advantage of as often as possible. Lastly their staff is friendly and helpful. It's easy to find a free register and a lot of times they ask if I need help to my car. I am glad my local Harris Teeter is so nice. read more

This review is focusing on 3 different food areas in the store. 1) Sandwiches - Best price in town for a great sandwich. They do not charge you for extra toppings. Cheese bread option and even hot or cold option. You can order ahead and pick up. Love it! (I really appreciate their sandwich staff) 2) Pizza bar - I finally after 4 years took home a Take n Bake pizza, supreme. OMGoodness this pizza was loaded! It was heavy with toppings and very filling. It took us 3 days to finish. Monday is their special pricing for Pizzas, great deal! 3) Sushi Bar - I love me some sushi rolls. Best day is Wednesday for deals on Sushi rolls. They are the perfect size for lunch or even breakfast. This is a fabulous Harris Teeter located conveniently near 73 & 85; perfect for me because I come from Randleman and the commute is easy peasy. It's a much smaller store compared to Friendly Center but it has everything you need minus some of the hot & cold fresh food choices and the deli & bakery are significantly scaled down as well. The meat counter is top notch and the steaks & seafood we picked up all summer were fantastic. The cold shrimp cocktail with horseradish cocktail sauce is a great appetizer. I always find something delicious in the cheese section; whether it's Harris Teeter's own blue cheese block wrapped individually or fresh Gouda, Parmesan or fresh feta, they're all delicious and priced averagely. Don't forget to check out the wine and beer section as they usually have deals and specials. It's nice to see some of my favorite wines priced 2 for $10. I always find what I need, and if I can't, someone is usually happy to help or offers to find help. The store in general is always clean & well maintained; bathrooms are always attended to, also. The bakery did a great job on my sons 7th birthday cake so I was very impressed with that and I look forward to ordering some more custom items from the bakery. Though the street name has changed, the location remains the same. This Harris Teeter has undergone quite a bit of renovation. An updated exterior, a pizza bar, a salad bar, and a Starbucks kiosk are among the many new additions to this store. Harris Teeter continues to offer an amazing selection of bread, cheeses, and deli meat. And if that wasn't enough, the store employs a talented sushi chef between the hours of 11a-7p to prepare fresh sushi and delicious hand rolls to satisfy our cravings. Shopping here feels more like a treat than an errand. I could peruse the well stocked, impossibly neat aisles for hours on end. Meat and produce are always fresh. Customer service has been exceptional every time I've visited. Team members go above and beyond to help you and you never have to wander off too far to locate an employee for assistance. The revamping of this Harris Teeter gives it an upscale, posh feel without the price tag. Yes, Harris Teeter tends to be a tad pricier than other supermarkets such as Food Lion or Walmart, but the shopping experience and product quality is much better and worth the additional cost. I haven't shopped at Harris Teeter in person due to pandemic for a long time. Grocery shopping with a 18 month old toddler isn't easy as we would like to be. Our cashier Adaysia was pleasant and enjoy to talk! We almost forgot how delightful human interaction can be after pandemic. We haven't met a friendly cashier in a very long time and it's super refreshing. Adams farm Harris Teeter will be our go to grocery store now on! read more

Harris Teeter is my favorite grocery store. They have great customer service and the stores are always clean. I always buy my seafood and meat at this place. Today I had to return fish and mussels because they were bad. I was expecting them to give me a hard time. Kyong was the lady in customer service and she was very helpful and friendly. I gave her my receipt and seafood and she politely gave me my refund. I been coming to here for a long time and will continue to do business here. read more

I stopped by the Harris Teeter Adam's Farm location on Gatecity Blvd to pick up a prescription. While there, I decided to order 2 of their fresh pizzas. After getting my prescription from the pharmacy, I picked up a few items from the store. Afterwards, I went back to the pizza station to wait for the pizzas. While waiting, I noticed the pizza maker talking on her cell phone with gloves on. She sat her cell phone down directly on the pizza prep area. Then proceeded to make pizzas while wearing the same glove she was wearing while talking on her cell phone. That means the pizza toppings and prep area were all contaminated. Keep in mind, people generally handle their cell phones while pooping in the bathroom. Cell phones are nasty as they can have feces and snotty sneezes just to mention a few of the nasty contaminants. I asked to speak with the store manager on duty. His name was Joe. He tried to pay me off with store gift cards which I refused. I wanted him to toss out everything and have the area cleaned before serving any pizzas. I stood waiting to see the issue handled, but he refused to handle the situation and got angry with me for wanting to protect other customers getting contaminated pizzas from their location. I told the manager, I was planning to contact the Health Department to which he suggested I should. To make matters worse, the pizza maker tried to give me the pizzas which I refused and explained why. Then she replied that it was OK to handle her cell phone while prepairing pizzas because she was talking to her boss. read more

I would give this store 10 stars if I could. First, I was overcharged for an item and the sweet check out gal got the manager and gave me the product for no charge:) second, their new pharmacy is fantastic. Finally, I wanted a certain product that was out of stock so I simply requested it w the manager and AGAIN, was given a reimbursement. Can't say how pleased I am with Harris Teeter Adams Farm. I'm from Florida where Publix is usually the best grocery store but Harris Teeter blows them away in customer service. read more
