Worst cleaners! Dropped of 7 items. One item had to be re-cleaned and they lost another. Lost one of my expensive blouses and won't take accountability for it. Pushed me off for weeks and months. Now a new owner and she won't help facilitate in getting this resolved and plays dumb. read more

I was in a time crunch and need a hem job done on my wedding dress. I went in on a Monday and they told me they could have it done by Thursday at 5pm( Wedding was Saturday afternoon out of town). I went in after work on Thursday around 6:45 and was told my dress hadn't been brought back yet and they didn't know where it was( after making several calls). The girl was sweet but seemed very unconcerned about the garment. She told me to come back in the morning at 10 Am to see if it was returned, I had meetings and errands scheduled all that day and wasn't going to have the time to come back. Not knowing what to do I walked to my car, as Im pulling out another girl comes in with my dress and I go get it. $150 I was charged for a hem job and a little tuck. The dress had two giant tears in it and dirt smudges( Not there when I dropped the dress off). I didn't have time to leave it again and a wedding guest was a seamstress and she said she could fix it for me. Thankfully, she was correct and was able to fix both the rips and saved my dress an hour before my wedding. I want a refund for the damage but will probably not receive one. For cleaning and other services I'm sure they do a good job but I will not trust them with important items. I was sad about the experience because they had done good work on another item but almost ruined my wedding. Again, very sweet staff and its clean, just a terrible terrible last experience. read more

I've used their services multiple occasions, and it's always been fast and easy. I have dropped a suit off at 6:00 in the morning before work, and they have it ready at 4:30 that evening on the way home. Garments are always clean and organized. Parking is easy (I usually back into a spot since Starbucks drive-thru customers tend to making backing out of a space difficult) and the staff is always really nice. Can't ask for more! read more

In the past I have had great service until now. This last time I carried in my laundry I had three suits, and a camel long overcoat. What I received were my suits back and a woman half a link charcoal coat. The individual at the cleaners said that it was right after the owner "Tim" spoke to me the day before admitted that they have lost my coat they had canceled out the work order and then messed up the numbers on my clothes and offered a $10 credit for a recompense. All of this and still I don't have all my clothes. All I wanted was my overcoat back and it one piece and clean however I have a woman's jacket that does not fit me or anyone of my family. I am deeply saddened by this and I now must find another dry cleaners. And to make a note to take a picture a selfie every time I drop off my dry cleaning in the future. It's sad this world has come to this! read more

I had a similar situation to the other reviewer who had a nightmare experience with the alterations woman. I had happily used this business's dry cleaning services for years without a problem and had a small a hem job done by the seamstress in the past. However, I had an absolutely outrageous experience with the seamstress most recently. Objectively outrageous. Everyone from my friends and family to my hair stylist urged me to complain to the owner, which I finally did. He ignored what I thought was a very nice (and considering the situation, calm) presentation of the problem and request for his assistance. That's no way to treat people who've been loyal customers for years when they need help dealing with a nut job his business connected them with. Now I see there's Google reviews complaining about the seamstress from 2-3 years back. I wish I'd read reviews before trusting her. Live and learn I guess. Most cleaners open at 6am. Last 2 times I've been there, they've been late to open 15 minutes past their 6:30 opening. What the hell.

Harpeth Cleaners is our new one stop shop for all of our dry cleaning and alterations needs. The store has a modern (and super clean!) feel, and an up to date computer receipt system. There was a small mistake on the delivery date for an alterations order, but they immediately fixed the issue and did what it took to make it right. I sincerely value this effort as a customer. They won my loyalty :). read more

Beware- Today I picked up items that I had cleaned for my work and paid with a work credit card or so I thought. The charge appeared on the credit card I had used in the past at this cleaners not the card the cashier ran through their credit card machine right in front of me. The cashier didn't seem surprised but was put off when I asked her why my previously used credit card was charged. She just said it not my fault and there is nothing I can do. I asked her to remove my file from their records she said she couldn't. read more

Just picked up my coat that was to be cleaned due to coffee stains. Luckily, I looked the coat over to see that the stains were still there. The lady at the desk said I could still wear it bc they weren't that noticeable. WHAT! Terrible service & still charged me. I do not recommend!! read more

Bad experience. Suit jacket was dropped off for drycleaning...came back with a hole on sleeve that is unrepairable. Cleaners would not take ownership for it. Will NOT go back. read more
