From the moment we arrived, we were met with a cold and unwelcoming attitude from the receptionist. She immediately demanded our insurance information, even though we had sent it via email the day before. Despite her snippy attitude, she eventually found the email after reviewing her inbox but still insisted that we couldn't see the doctor without confirming the insurance details first. After waiting in the reception area for what felt like at least 30 minutes, we were finally brought in--only to be told that they were going to take panoramic x-rays right away. I declined, explaining that we were there for a consultation about braces, not for unnecessary x-rays. The staff member seemed visibly irritated and sent us back to the waiting room. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, another staff member took us out of the office into the hallway and once again pushed for the x-rays, even though I had already declined. At that point, I'd had enough. The fact that they took us outside the office to discuss this made me feel like we were being kicked out, and we left. This practice seems more focused on unnecessary procedures than patient care or communication. I would not recommend TBraces Orthodontics based on our experience.

There was pain and tooth sensitivity and I needed help fast. I was able to start up as a new patient and get an appointment to come in to have it looked at. I did a cleaning the first session and then went back for the required fillings not too long after. Gentle Touch was true to the name in that all the procedures were as painless as can be. I was even more surprised that after insurance my bill came out to be very affordable. It's now been several months and I haven't had anymore issues and my teeth feel as if back to normal.
