Having endured two broken teeth to the gum line for years and two other teeth giving me trouuble. I finally had to see someone as the pain had become unbearable. My sister had been trying to get me to see Dr Zia for a couple years. I called for an appointment and they saw me in a matter of days. Having x-rays and the exam, Dr Zia made an appointment for immediate root canal that day. Dulles dental is bringing me up to date with my dental needs. I had to get a second root canal, have had crowns for both. The two badly broken teeth have been extracted. Two other cavities. Am in the process for the two implants. I can't thank Dr. Zia and the rest of the team enough for all they've done. They never guilted me for the years of neglect and with everything I've had done there hasn't been any pain during the procedures. They have a patient for life.

The office's front desk staff reviewd the dentists' schedules, spoke to Dr Paino, and created time for me on his busy schedule. Dr Paino spent less than 20 minutes replacing the crown. He did it without anesthesia and I was able to eat as soon as I left the office. This is a great dental practice .

My teeth have required some complex dental work over the years, and there's no one I trust more than Dr. Rudolph and his colleagues to handle crowns, root canals, implants, mouth guards--you name it! Recently, the abutment for an old tooth implant came loose, and I went to see a dentist closer to home in California because traveling was risky during COVID lockdown. This dentist and her oral surgeon advised that we would have to take out the whole implant, which I was hesitant to do, since oral surgery is no small task. I knew I had to contact Dr. Rudolph for a second opinion. He made himself available over phone and email to discuss the situation, and ultimately I felt it would be worth the trip to Virginia to have him take care of it. It's clear Dr. Rudolph truly cares about his patients and is meticulous in his approach, which is why I trust him more than any other dentist or doctor I've seen. He did manage to save my implant, and I am grateful to him for protecting my dental health without subjecting me to unnecessary procedures. When…read moreI initially booked my appointment, the receptionist told me to come in at 12:30 we got there exactly at 12:30 to find out that the whole office is on a lunch break so we had to sit in the car and wait for 30 minutes until they came back. The worst part was being seen by the dentist and she kept jumping from one patient to another. Every time we were trying to ask questions she kept getting interrupted and having to go to another patient room which I find completely ridiculous. An appointment that probably should've taken no more than 45 minutes ended up up taking us 2 1/2 hours. The office is also so old and feels dirty. I just couldn't believe the dentist jumping from one room to another so unprofessional! Definitely will be going somewhere else

The staff is small - Dr. Lindsey, one hygienist, one assistant, one receptionist - and it's clear that they genuinely enjoy one another and their patients. The small staff also means that you'll spend very little time waiting for your scheduled appointment. Both Dr. Lindsey and the hygienist are very thorough, but very gentle. They explain what they're doing and why and will answer your questions thoughtfully and respectfully. They do their best to minimize any discomfort - whether with meds, the TV, or just a comforting chair-side manner. The office is light and airy - it's an end unit so there's a big window by each chair. No feeling like you're in a closet or other tiny, cramped space. One of the things I most appreciate is that no one in his office has ever tried to sell me anything. Previous dentists have recommended any number of cosmetic procedures (such as whitening). While Dr. Lindsey does provide cosmetic procedures, we have only discussed them on my initiative. He just doesn't push procedures that are not necessary for the patient's dental health. I really appreciate the friendly, personalized care and attention we receive from Dr. Lindsey and his staff. There's just great karma in his office and his practice.

Only when I asked and said I thought I was going to see Dr Joseph Dehyar, then the son said that he was going to see me instead but that they'd bill under his father's name. That sounded very strange to me, and even weirder that no one, not the receptionist nor the dentist said anything about how they decided to give me a different dentist that day. The exam and cleaning happened, they told me there were many things wrong with my teeth and pushed me to get surgery. When I went to check out the receptionist said, "so what time next week do you want to come in for surgery?" just assuming I was going to get surgery. In my past few years of regular checkups no dentist has said I needed surgery, my last visit being just 6 months before. It all seemed sketchy. I'm going back to my other dentist.
