I like how they are open on Saturday if only briefly. We have stopped here numerous times and always have a great experience. We are greeted upon arrival at their office and assisted in finding lumber. During our most recent visit I called in advance to make sure they had what we were looking for in stock. They did (as they usually do) and they informed us of the prices. Prices are very reasonable and are listed per linear foot. We stopped by to pick up lumber and fencing material. We were immediately assisted with finding what we needed, getting it cut, loaded into our truck, and checked out. We usually have help, but it's also well organized so it's not hard to find what you need. It's easiest just to ask for help. Overall, this is our top place to get lumber and recommend it to others!

Ross is extremely responsive and has an open line of communication. His team showed up right on time, actually a little bit early and didn't leave any mess behind which was nice. They assessed the job, gave us a very reasonable quote, which they honored, even though they realized when they started the flooring repair work, that the materials we had were not quite right. Fortunately they had some extra materials that were the correct color and size, and they were able to use them. They still charged us exactly what they'd quoted, and the floor repair guy (Jason) did an amazing job. Highly recommended!

They came out and checked the breaker and a few outlets...well I checked the outlets. We found an extension cord broken in the front yard. None of that is the issue. The issue on the billing, was they said they repaired a wire that they did not repair. So I'm not sure if I got charged a service fee or a repair fee that they didn't do.

Extremely Poor, Neglectful Work. I had a lighting fixture…read morefall out of the ceiling in my home, and I contracted Ogburn to come reinstall the fixture for me. When they got there they hard a very hard time reinstalling the fixture and ultimately decided the transform was blown. The entire time they were at my home (about 30 minutes) they were rushing through the work and you could tell they didn't really have any interest in the job. At one point the Technician took a call from the office and I heard him say in front of me that he was "trying to get out of this job as soon as he could". Once they had decided the transformer was blown they packed up and scooted off pretty much telling me to get another transform and reattach it myself and everything will be ok. So I head off and contact the manufacturer learning they don't make that particular transformer anymore and that I'd have to replace the entire fixture. Obviously this was unacceptable, so I found a new dead stock unit on eBay and pulled the transformer off of it. At this point I hired a different electrician to come and wire everything up for me, as I was very displeased with Ogburn's technicians and service. The second electrician wires in the new transformer and the fixture still doesn't light. He disassembles Ogburn's work and tells me that they had failed to reconnect the light to the canopy properly and that in fact nothing was wrong with the old transformer, the Ogburn technician was just careless. So at this point I've spent a great deal of my time and money replacing things that didn't need to be replaced because Ogburn's technician was in a rush. Now we get to billing, Ogburn sent me a bill for almost 100$ for the work they did, which was 2x as much as the second electrician charged. I called them to inform them that I didn't feel that the bill was justified since not only did they not do the work I contracted them for they lead to me incurring additional cost due to their negligence. I spoke with at least 3 different people at their office who kept telling me the person I needed to speak to wasn't them and that someone would contact me to resolve the issue. This never happened and they instead decided to send me another bill with past due charges. I again called to resolve the issue and they took my info and said someone would contact me but they never did. Eventually I just paid the bill and wrote the experience of as a lesson learned. TL:DR Ogburn does awful work and will lead to you incurring additional cost to redo their shoddy craftsmanship. They are unresponsive and disorganized at their main office as well. Avoid at all cost.

That is, a cost effective way to get new cabinets with granite countertops. I want to express the excellence in customer service at East Coast Granite. Celina ALWAYS returned my calls within a very reasonable time period, usually same day. I am not a designer so I needed help with colors and I had to make sure that what I chose would look good with what I was keeping from the old kitchen. Celina steered me in the right direction without being overbearing. Mistakes? No one is perfect, but the sign of an excellent contractor is how they handle mistakes. I picked a wrong sized sink. No problem! I returned it, and got help finding the correct sized sink. No problems getting a full refund on the spot. I've dealt with contractors in the recent past who would not do this. But not here. Celina wanted to make sure that I was 100% happy with the job they did. I am. Next project, my master bath. At least I don't have to look for the right people to help me with that!
