I was at a point in my life where I felt stuck and I didn't know what to do. I loved my experience with Coach Jessy because it wasn't me just talking and her listening, it was more than that. She would ask me about me week and ask what I wanted to talk about. She wouldn't tell me what to do but helped to guide me. She helped me set attainable goals in my life and helped me to process aspects of my life that I was just brushing under the rug to be forgotten about and later be found again. After each session I was very encouraged and excited for the goals that I had set for myself. I found myself enjoying things that I had lost joy for. If you feel like you're stuck or just don't know what to do, give Coach Jessy a call! She will help you set goals for yourself and help process what you may be going through.

I have had therapy sessions that I wasn't quite feeling compatible, but with Jessy, I instantly felt comfortable and was looking forward to our sessions. I loved the 6 week program and having the chance and opportunity to sit down and discover things about me that I've never put a label to. She helped me discover patterns about me that I never realized. These realizations let me have a better direction and path to my higher self and practice self love. I enjoyed applying myself to each weekly goal and will definitely do my best to continue with these practices. For those wondering if they should seek a life coach, I recommend trying it out with Jessy!

One day, I reached out and was connected with Tess Zeito. Our first call was serendipitous - I knew at the end of the 30 minutes that we were meant to work together and meet. I started with the 8 weeks plan with the option to extend. I am finishing up my 8 weeks and I put in the work and stayed committed to working with Tess every week. I feel transformed, empowered and have so much clarity. I trusted the process and now am going to extend my time with Tess as there is more ground to cover, especially around professional development. I am so glad Tess is my life coach. She helped me transform and get out of a fear loop that was holding me back. I am beyond grateful to Tess. Thank you.
